(i)Removing sludge and other debris and cleaning moss and fungus using jetting machine of Bosch XD15 professional series or equivalent once in a year including providing all the tools, man and machinary , safety equipments etc with due care in time bound manner as per the direction of Engineer In charge. a) Clarifloculator of 40mtr dia with water channels - 3 Nos b)Clear water tank of 5000 m3 -1No c) Filter beds with respective water channels - 8 Nos d) Re-circulation sump and Centrifuge (Every 2 months)-6 Nos (ii) Charges for round the clock Operation and routine maintenance of 100MLD Water treatment plant so as to give an output between 85-90MLD including greasing and allignment of existing 33KV A.B.switches, replacement of 33KV DO fuse el ements,greasing and replacement of lubricating oil of VT pumps and motors at intake, centrifugal pumps and motors at WTP replacement of closing coils ,shunt trip coils and fuses of vaccum contactors and VCB's,replacement of CTMR,SMPS, closing coils,tripping coils and fuses of soft starter s,routine maintenance of battery chargers including application of petroleum jelly at WTP and inta ke,replacement of various grades of oils in gear boxes of clariflocula tors,lime and alum dosing pumps etc.,repl acement of bearings,glands of various sizes in centrifugal pumps , submersible pumps, routine checking of vibration of pumps "and motors including carrying out allignment as and when requir ed,operation of chlorinators and its routine maintanance,re placement of chlorine cylinders,back washing of filt ers,greasing of existing actuators and replacement of its spares so as to make them fit for operati on,testing of water samples as per normal standards, monit oring transform ers,pumps and recording various paramet ers.,replacemen t of spares on motor starter panels, Capacitor Panel, Internal Electrification including Distribution Boards, HT & LT cables and their terminations, Point wiring, electrical fittings, telephone and computer wiring/ cabling, fire equipments, area Lighting, house keeping of intake, WTP and its surroun ding,security personnel (24x7) at intake and WTP, additional extra works during emergency as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Cost of material, spares will be paid extra) (List of staff to be deployed is enclosed) (iii) Painting of eight pole structure and its members including scrapping, applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on old steel work. Painting ( two or more coats) with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade.(1 job) (iv) Spray Painting of transformers including scrapping, applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand . and shade to give an even finish a) 33KV/3.3KV,5 MVA transformers with OLTC- 2 Nos b) 3.3KV/ 433V,800KVA transformers -4 Nos (v) Filteration of transformer oil in 33KV/3. 3KV and 3.3KV/440V transformers to give BDV value of above 60KV including issue of test certificate as required. (Total 6 Nos) (vi) Topping of transformer oil upto 3/4 th tank in 33KV/3.3KV transformers and its OLTC's and 3.3KV /440V transformers as reqd.
