Routine and Breakdown Maintenance of BCW System Unit # 1 to 5, Service Water System Unit # 1 to 7 and all pumps installed at old and new Thermal Colony for Potable water supply and Sewage Water Treatment Plant at KSTPS, RVUNL, Kota (As per Part A of G-Schedule and scope of work)

Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and Sand and Silt Under Water (SS20B) Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Slush and silt under water upto 0.75m depth requiring the aid of basket and vessels ordinary soil including excavated earth (SS20B)

Material and labour for cleaning of Raw Sewage Collection Sump/ Equalization tank / Sludge Sump / Screen Chamber having depth up to 6.0 meters of various sizes / capacities / shapes at Sewage Treatment Plants loacted at Dolphin Hill, Naushakti Vihar, SVN Colony, Nirman Park and other adjascent areas by dewatering and pumping out existing accumulated raw sewage from the underground by deploying external non-clog sewage disposal pump sets, including diversion of sewage to the nearby STP and/or disposal through approved municipal sewage tankers, as required at site and/or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge; draining, isolating, and ventilating the underground sump and carrying out complete cleaning by strictly following all applicable safety measures and confined space entry procedures; removal of accumulated sewage, sludge, grit, silt, scum, rags, and other debris from the sump bottom, walls, benches, channels, and inlet/outlet zones by manual and/or mechanical means, including scrapping and wire brushing as necessary; washing and high-pressure water jetting of all internal surfaces to remove adhered deposits, followed by disinfection and deodorization using approved chemicals and final rinsing with fresh water to render the sump clean, hygienic, and fit for operation; collection, loading, transportation, and disposal of all removed waste materials at approved disposal locations in compliance with local environmental and statutory regulations. The item shall include provision of all labour, supervision, pumps, tools and tackles, safety equipment, PPE, ventilation arrangements, disinfectants, transportation, and all incidental works, complete in all respects as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Complete volume of each sump / tank shall be measured from top edge to the bottom level for the purpose of payment irrespective of the water / sewage / sludge level available in the sump at the time of cleaning.
