Water Treatment & STP Tender Results

PACKAGE - A Part - I - Annual engineering maintenance and day to day operational activities of 3 nos. water treatment plants by providing professionally skilled plant operators on one shift basis for each plant throughout the week. The job includes routine maintenance of the system, routine operation, backwash of the filter units, regeneration of water softener plant as required depending upon usage and raw water hardness, water quality monitoring for treated water, monthly reporting of the plant status. (Payment will be made based on the numbers of day’s duty performed on no work- no pay basis.)

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken slab ,wall etc. and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed:- (a) Demolition of cement concrete/brick bats filled on sunken slab up to mother slab including removing and clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/WCs/ Kitchen throughly to remove laitance ,dirt,dust etc. (b). Brushing cemnt slurry with 1.2 kg of cement per Sqm duly blended with & including water proofing compound. (c). 15 mm thick (Average thickness) plaster in cement mortar (1:4)mixed with water proofing compound on sunken surfaces including wall. the corner of sunken portion shall be rounded in concave shape and adeqquate slope be made during plastering to accommodate sump pipe and curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 hours by ponding. (d). Applying self adhesive type APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3.6 kg /Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven febric(weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm. (e). M&L for PCC 1:7:12 type F2 using brick course aggregates for filling of sunken portion after conceling all membrane upto FFL and sealing all joints to the entire setisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (Note:-Floor area shall be considered for measurement & payment purpose).
