Running, Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 30 KLD in Plant area and 400 KLD in RGTPP, Colony, Khedar (Hisar) for One year.
Running, Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant of Capacity 30 KLD in Plant area and 400 KLD in RGTPP Colony Khedar (NS item) with following scope of work. I.Complete Operation of 30 KLD in Plant Area & 400 KLD capacities Sewage Treatment Plant at RGTPP Colony. For this purpose round the clock services of skilled operator (s) for operation of 400 KLD plant and daily 8 Hours services of skilled operator (s) in General shift for operation of 30 KLD plant shall be provided by the firm. Supervisory services of supervisor (s) having sound knowledge of electrical & mechanic system shall also be provided by firm. Firm shall ensure to give rest to persons deployed at site as per labour laws. Rest reliever (s) shall be skilled operator. II.Maintenance like decoupling, coupling, lubricating, gland-packing, dismantling, removal and unfastening/decoupling of equipment/ valves/pumps for to and fro transportation from Colony to RGTPP (inside Plant) or to any other place as per requirement with all manpower, tools and tackles etc. III.Control, Operation & maintenance of all the equipments like (Motors & Pumps), installed in Sewage Treatment Plant. IV.Quarterly servicing of Sand & carbon filters as per requirement. The material required, if any for servicing of filters i.e. sand, silica, gravel & activated carbon will have to be arranged by the firm. However complete media change (as per requirement) shall be in the scope of HPGCL. V.Monitoring the parameters of STP and daily update of data to Engineer-in-charge. for this purpose, Proper Record and Log Book of the STP has to be maintained by the Contractor. VI.Housekeeping for maintaining Hygiene at site and surrounding STP of 30 KLD in Plant Area and 400 KLD capacities Sewage Treatment Plant during operation. VII.Contractor should ensure proper & timely maintenance of STP which will be carried out by Skilled & Qualified Mechanic/Supervisor. VIII.Mixing of chemical seeding nutrients to maintain required PH. All the consumables like lubricant, fuel, chemicals like Ferric Alum, Ferric Chloride, Aluminum Chloride, Chlorine etc. will arranged well in advance by the contractor at his own expenses to maintain desired parameters. IX.Rewinding of defective motors/pumps. X.Cleaning of sludge from treated sewage pump/holding pond, septic tanks, pits and neutralization pit and draining/ cleaning of all sludge, muck etc. (sludge in semi liquid form ) in working like manner with all safety equipment, Labour etc. XI.Dewatering the water in tanks of STP with pump XII.Disposal of sludge within RGTPP Colony with contractor own transport including loading, unloading and taking all precautions including removal of floating material, if any including maintenance of disposal system of treated effluent provided by HPGCL as per the direction of the Engineer In Charge. XIII.All required Tools &Tackles are to be maintained by the contractor at his own cost. XIV.The contractor will be responsible for upkeep & custody of all the equipment’s/components of the STP Plant. Any loss due to the negligence or inaction of the contractor or his employee of any kind will be recovered from the contractor. XV.Spares, if required will be provided by HPGCL. However, all the consumables required for completion of satisfactory job will have to provide by the contractor. XVI.The contractor has to adopt all safety precautions and has to fulfill all the statutory requirements as required under the Factories Act, ISO standards, HSPCB and CPCB norms etc. The contractor shall also ensure compliance of relevant Labour Laws like EPF Act, Workmen’s Compensation Act., Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Industrial Disputes Act etc. XVII.Firm shall ensure availability of mobile with sim with operator (s) who is/are on duty at site (s) so that they can be contacted by authorities telephonically. XVIII.The RGTPS will collect random samples of both incoming and treated sewage water for analysis at an NABL-approved or HSPCB/CPCB/MOEF&CC-accredited laboratory. If any sample fails to meet the prescribed parameters, the contractor must rectify the issue and ensure compliance within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in no payment for the period during which the parameters are not met. Additionally, if a sample taken by a regulatory body (HSPCB, CPCB, or MOEF&CC) fails to meet the required standards, the contractor will be responsible for paying 100% of any penalty imposed by these authorities.
