A. GROUND FLOOR

Earth work excavation of foundation in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulders within initial lead of 50m and initial lift of 1.5m including dressing the sides, leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site, shoring etc if required, complete the item of work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

CIVIL WORK Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil within 50m, initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including rought dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and including cost of all material, labour, conveyance, loading and unloading, taxes, royalties, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the driection of the Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil including dressing of sides and levelling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site within 50m initial lead & 1.5m initial lifts with sundries & T&P required for the work complete including cost of all labour,labour cess,T&P,sundries etc. as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed of the foundation to the required width & depth & stacking the excavated materials away from the working areas as per the direction of E.I.C.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
