Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4.0 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting faulty/burnt end portion of under ground cable by removing cable from loop after necessary excavation & earth work, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing faulty/burnt portion of incoming and out going cables at panel boards, preparing fresh terminals with suitable size of thimbles, lugs and glands or gland plates of suitable size and number of cables incoming out going to panel board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Necessary excavation and earthwork, cables, cable protection works where required will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of inverter type air conditioner Hi wall comprising of units Indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit, within built in air ioniser, Plasma filter for better indoor air quality, leakage detector etc with minimum 3 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 1.5 TR, inclusive of suction and discharge lines of suitable size and length of copper tube, necessary brazing and providing nitrile tubing over gas circulating copper tubes and neatly tying the ends with PVC insulating tape and mounting on suitable bracket, suitable drain pipe for disposal of waste water upto ground level and testing, neatly finishing the disturbed surfaces of walls to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and as directed.
