Generic OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. Rate and amount quoted should be per packet of 1000 TES on door deliv ery price at the respective plants as per the delivery schedule mentioned including all duties & taxes, transit insurance, and packing & forwarding & fr 10/19 eight charges. 2. BUSINESS ALLOCATION: a. Order distribution shall be 60:40 for all locations. b. Price evaluation will be carried out Schedule wise (item wise location wise) to determine the L-1 bidder. c. The finalized L-1 rate will be counter offered to the next ranking vendors in the ir order of ranking for matching till the required number of vendors is met, in li ne with GeM General Terms & Conditions. d. The quantity will be allotted as described above to the extent possible, subject to availability of balance quantity after applying Purchase Preference to eligibl e Class - 1 Supplier (Min 50% Local Content) & MSE bidder. Distribution Ratio is approximate and Order Distribution will be done as per the mentioned ratio t o the extent practicable possible. 3.
