Operation and Maintenance of CPWS Scheme for Supply of potable (chlorinated) drinking water as per drinking water quality standards to all the habitations mentioned in the schedule at the specified quantity through the existing network system with the listed infrastructure viz. RSF, OHBR, Service Reservoirs i.e. OHSR's, GLSR's etc., including all operating expenses like wages of labour and other amenities as applicable as per the labour act, Mobility/transportation facilities etc., of the designated qualified Pump operators, Electricians, Fitters, Helpers, Watchmen etc. for carrying out of all operations involved in drawing of raw water from source, treatment and supply of drinking water as per the guidance of CPHEEO manual /as specified by the Department, at the rate of 40 LPCD with relevant IS specifications. Routine and periodic maintenance, breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, staffing and providing labour for operating the water supply with utilizing the Alum for reducing the turbidity of supplied water not exceeding the more than 5 NTU, and shall be below 1 NTU. Adding Bleaching Powder/ Liquid Chlorine /Gas Chlorination Residual Chlorine shall be maintained not less than 0.2ppm in Tail end tap point of habitations. All other activities incidental to the Operation and maintenance of CPWS/MVS and other standard procedures as directed by the Employer/Engineer of the department shall be followed (The rate is excluding GST, Cost of chemicals involved in disinfection and flocculation process, Electrical consumption charges, Repairs and Renewals, Annual maintenance of Gas chlorination plants). Providing under reamed piles cast-in-situ with Reinforced Cement Concrete corresponding to M20 grade ( by weigh batching / Mixer ) using 20mm size (SS5) hard like cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and cost of seigniorage charges on all materials complete for DUR piles of 230 mm dia to a depth of 2.50mtrs.
