Design Construction of Rapid Gravity Filtration Plant including all civil, mechanical and electrical works using sand as filter media, compatible with SCADA arrangement , duly following relavant IS codes in the design of plant components including trial running for 90 days etc., complete. For 36 MLD RSF Near Karimnagar Corporation Head works . The components of the filtration plant will include the following A) Civil Works (All works of VRCC Shall be in M30 design mix) 1) Stilling Chamber including Areation cascade) Settling chamber shall be provided for 10 MLD and above capacities of WTP for a minimum of 1 hour capacity. 3)Raw water channel with Stainless Steel Weir of SS304L Grade material and also with digital flow meters 4) Flash Mixer chamber with Flash mixing arrangemenap including SS shaft & SS Blades with gear wheel arrangements etc, Using 304L Grade Steel. 5) Clariflucculator / Flocculation tanks with the components of central driven circular clarifier with scrapper & bridge arrangements made with Stainless Steel Grade 304 L tubes /angulars for durability & chemical resistant with wheel arrangements etc,. 6) Filter house, Chemical house, Alum store, Laboratory room , Chlorination plant room, toilet etc. (All structures shall be provided RCC roof only).Chemical house & Chlorinator rooms are to be isolated. 7) Wash water tank of suitable capacity shall be constructed independently 8) All the Doors and Windows shall be of Aluminium.The entrance door shall be minimum size of 2.40 X 2.40 mts.
