Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Material and labour for cleaning of Tower mounted RCC OH Tank/Steel OH Tank of 50000 gallons capacity with bleaching powder by blocking the inlet / outlet flow from manholes, lifting the excess semi-solid water from the tank, removing the entire deposited sludge, mud, silt etc, scrapping the internal wall / floor with wire brush (to remove deposited scales, mud etc from the walls / floors by using suitable tools and plants, manually from the bottom of the tank) , and removing the same at a distance n.exc 50m from site where directed, opening the blocked holes etc before normalising flow of water with and including writing letters with synthetic paint in date " Tank cleaned on ___ date" on each cleaning just below the previous date complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of Adjustable type thermal magnetic release MCCB 250 Amps, 4 Pole 36KA including suitable size lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistranded conductor cable 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper multistrand conductor cable 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including PVC casing caping with all accessories and sunk cast pressed steel terminal box made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick with 3mm thick hylum laminated/bakalite sheet cover for mounting switch, socket, fan regulator,etc after and including taking down of old existing point wiring including fixtures and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, holders, socket, etc and making good the distrubed surfaces as per the existing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
