Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of 15 KWP of Grid Solar power plants confirming to MNRE/BIS specifications consisting of Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells,necessary protections,earthing for the solar system,mounted on prefabricated GI Structure of suitable strenth with the following components complete as required inculding repair/maintence of solar power plant/equipment for its satisfactory working for a period of 05 years after installation of solar power plant.a)15 KWP Solar photovoltaic module of Capacity 390 Wp.or above.manufactured in india.confirming to IS14286/IEC 61215,IS/IEC 61730 part-1,IS/IEC 61730-Part-2.solar photovoltaic module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5% PV modules used in solar power plants/system must be warranted for thei out put peak watt capacity,which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 Years and 80% at the end of 25 Years.b)Fixing of Array junction box & Main Junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with connectors Junction Box & AC DB with MCM &SPD,glands,lugs and MC 4 Connectors etc,as required.c)Lightning and surge voltage protection device with connection to earth bus of existing earthings.d)Connections& interconnection by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conducter 1.1 Kv grade power control cable between solar modules,main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduct lugs and other accessories etc.as required.e)Gride/main & A.C.Copper cable 4x6 Sqm in CPVC Pipe.f) DC Copper cable 25 sqmm in CPVC Pipe.g)Copper lighting arrestor probe around structure.h) SITC of 3 phase 415 volts,12.5/15 KVA power conditioning unit(PCU) of 350-500 V DC solar in put voltage range,Battary 240 V DC &415 V, three phase AC.4 Wire,50Hz,output voltage suitable to generate Ac power with efficiency not less than 90 % total harmonics distortion less than 5% pure sine wave and suitable for ambient temperature from 10 degree C to 50 digree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level suitable for 10 KWp OFF-Grid Solar photovoltaic Power Generation System, equiped with MPPT Charger up to 40A with five year on site warrentee complete as required. (1Set for each 15 KWp solar plant ) Supplying,installation,testing and commissioning of 200 AH & 12V Lead Acid solar inverter Battery/T-Gel Battery of approproate caoacity suitable for operating with solar syatem pannel with 5 years warrenty i/c water level indicator and all accessiries and connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required. ((920 battery for each 15 KWp solar power plant ).Providing and fixing 25mmX5mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I pipe from earth electride including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required (01 set for each15 KWp solar power plant)Providing and fixing 25mmX5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connection etc. as required (01 set for each15 KWp solar power plant)Earthing with copper plate 600mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessiries and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrengement and watering pipe of 2.7 Metre long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required (01 set for each15 KWp solar power plant).
