Disposal of excavated material by taking out deposited silt, sludge, malba, garbage, plastic bags, floating material, patera etc. from the drain (including working in foul condition) by mechanical/manual means, upto desired level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Including leveling and dressing of disposed area for all lifts etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The excavated silt, sludge, malba garbage, floating material, lying on the bank / embankment shall be carted by the contractor away from the periphery of the drain with all leads and lift for his safe disposal at discretion (own use) including. Desilted/excavated material to be taken away by agency for environmental safe disposal at his discretion with all leads and lifts, nothing extra will be paid on this account by the department (Royalty @ 69.69/- per cum will be deducted from the bill w.r.t excavated material to be taken away by agency).
