Pipes as laid down at Akashvani Jaspur, Reconstructing the cement concrete interlocking tiles floor and repairing the area with cement concrete interlocking tiles and finishing the surface at Akashvani Jaspur, Providing and fixing of LT Cable route marker made up of 2.5inch dia signage with 10mm x 2ft long Ms rod from transformer to LT Panel at Akashvani Jaspur, Providing and fabricating of overhead shed for the installed 62.5kVA DG set as per drawing at Akashvani Jaspur Supply, fabrication and construction of copper plate earthing details of electrodes & earth pit as per given below: • Digging of pit of size: 1 mtr x 1 mtr x 3.5 mtr(D) • Providing of copper plate size 600 x 600 x 3mm. • Providing of copper strip of 50x3mm shall be extended from bottom of the earth pit to the surface of the earth pit, after joining the copper strip by copper rivets and proper brazing of strip to the copper plate. • Providing and fixing the 10ft. long 38 mm dia class “C” G.I pipe of reputed make such as Surya, Jindal or similar and fixing with the copper plate in the center with G.I/SS nut bolts class C. One G.I. reducer at the top of the pipe is to be provided for fixing steel mesh for watering as shown in the drawing. • Placing the copper plate with pipe and strip into the pit. • Providing & filling of 2 Nos. of bags of bentonite each of 50 kg. (for each earth pit.) • Providing & filling of 80kg charcoal, and 80kg raw salt in alternate 3 to 4 layers in each earth pit. The fresh soil about 2.0 cubic metre in earth pit size in layers is to be arrange to fill the pit for proper result. • Proper watering of the filled pit for initial charging of pits. • Providing of heavy duty C.I. cover with lifting hooks. • Construction of CC chamber in ratio 1:4:8 & fixing of heavy duty C.I. cover., Providing of 50mm x 3mm copper strip and interconnecting earth electrodes with fabrication & fixing of 50mm x 3mm copper strip as per given below: i. 2 Grid out of 6 Pits for transmitter. ii. 1 Grid out of 3 pits for audio. iii.
