• Release of PG/SD is dealt directly by Railway with contractor, not through LC (if LC option chosen).

Payment terms

On-Account payments for executed work on Engineer’s measurement certificates; optional Letter of Credit (sight LC) if opted at bidding; GSTIN mandatory before any payment.

• Standard GCC Cl.46.(1) On-Account payments from time to time for works executed in terms of contract.
• Successful tenderer liable to be registered under GST must submit GSTIN immediately after award; without GSTIN no payment released; contractor deposits applicable GST.

Technical scope inclusions

Full SITC of CCTV system with end-mile connectivity and integration to existing UTS/PRS/Booking/TTE systems; telecom cable laying; outdoor/indoor associated works; RDSO SPN/TC/65/2021 Ver 6.0 Amdt 1&2 (or latest) compliance; STQC security audit of camera/software source code.

• Any essential connecting cables/patch cords/hardware/software not in schedule but needed for satisfactory system working to be provided at tenderer’s cost.

Warranty / maintenance after commissioning
