Completion / start reckoning

Completion period is 10 (Ten) calendar months inclusive of monsoon; start reckoned from 15th day after written order to commence or first day of site handing over, whichever is later.

• Schedule F likewise: 15 (Fifteen) days from LOA or date of handing over of site, whichever is later; milestones not applicable.

Estimated cost

Estimated cost put to tender (including GST): Rs. 2,61,59,921/-.

EMD / bid security

EMD Rs. 5,23,198/- mandatory; no exemption. Upload scanned copy and submit original hard copy.

• Acceptable forms: Deposit at Call Receipt, Insurance surety bond, Demand Draft, Bankers Cheque or FDR in favour of Sub-Pay Officer, AMD, Jamshedpur payable at Jamshedpur.

Performance guarantee

Item-rate work paid via interim RA bills (treated as advances) and final bill; interim eligibility thresholds Rs.15.00 Lakhs (Civil) and Rs.8.00 Lakhs (Electrical) of gross work since last payment.
