Taxes, GST and key payment terms

Quoted rates are exclusive of GST (GST paid extra, presently @18%) but inclusive of labour cess, royalties and other levies; monthly R/A bills; plant advance and secured advance available on stated terms.

• Source deductions (or as per prevailing rules): Income Tax 2.32%; GST TDS 2%; Building & other construction workers tax 1%.

• Document text literally prints “at least 6% (sixty percent)” — the parenthetical “sixty percent” indicates the intended threshold is 60% of PAC; treat the “6%” figure as an internal typographical inconsistency.
