• Building is for offices of various Dy.CE(C) of electrical, civil, signal & accounts and their staff, including electrical works.
• Also includes any other items needed to complete the buildings, soil testing if required, completion drawings/project sheets and related work.

Schedule packages and standards

Works packaged as Part A structural (CPWD DSR 2023), Part B finishing/tiles/doors/windows, Part C fittings/pipes, and Part D NS electrical and other items, with 8% escalation on DSR-based parts.
