Earnest money / bid security

Retention, payment terms and GST

Retention 6% from each bill, capped at 5% of final contract price; may be substituted on completion by on-demand BG/FDR. Payments adjusted for advances, retention/security, recoveries and TDS; GST reimbursed on proof of deposit.

• Payment capping (ITB 30): paid lowest of (i) amount at accepted L1 rates and (ii) amount from accepted % above/below HSR+CP/analytical/NS rates in financial statement.

• First running bill cleared only after BOCW registration certificate and worker beneficiary registration.

• ITB 4.5A turnover (30% of work) and similar-work experience (3×40% / 2×50% / 1×80% over last 7 years) are the general criteria, but Appendix sets average annual turnover amount as 0.00 lacs and similar work values as Rs 0.00 Lacs / Similar Work NA for this package.
• Bid capacity for works up to Rs. 25.00 Lacs: Bid Capacity (in Lacs) = Rs. 50.00 Lacs – Value of Outstanding Work(s); annual allotment caps apply (ITB 4.6.1).

Bidders must not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt/fraudulent practices by Central/State Government or public bodies; affidavit requires never blacklisted/debarred and never bankrupt/insolvent.
