Payment, deductions and security release

Original schedule versus Corrigendum 1

The original NIT closes bidding on 03.07.2026, clarification on 01.07.2026 and opens on 04.07.2026; Corrigendum 1 changes these to 17.07.2026, 14.07.2026 and 18.07.2026 respectively. Corrigendum 1 prevails.

Bid-validity trigger

GST inclusion in quoted rate

Negative-bid cap abolished versus stale 14.99% cap

A 2026 office memorandum abolishes the 14.99% negative-bid cap and adopts incremental APS, but the DTCN also reproduces an older Annexure-III clause rejecting bids below 15%. Very short execution period and delay damages
