Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity from proven sources having satisfactory past performance for supply of same or similar items in any Railway/PUs. Firms should furnish documentary evidence along with their offer evidencing execution of such purchase orders.
Manufacture and supply of 10125 mm pre-curved/curved switches with ZU-1- 60/60E1A1 thick web grade R-260 prime quality tongue rails & stock rails with elastic fasteners and spring operated setting device (RDSO-T/6216 read along with alterations), complete (with check rails) with all fitting for 1 in 12, BG 60 kg turn out for fan shaped layout on PSC sleepers i.e. all fitting for switch portion as per sub assembly drg. No. T-6155 (Alt-13 or read with Latest alterations) in accordance with RDSO's standard drawing No. 6154 (read along with latest alterations) conforming to RDSO specifications IRS-T-10-2025, IRS-T-62- 2025(for End Forging) excluding standard fish Plates, fish bolts and nuts ER clips, insulating liners. Note: (1). The date of applicability for the Alterations to Drawing/ Specification etc shall be as on date of publishing of the tender] (2). Pre-curving shall be done as per RDSO letter No. CT/PTX/TWS/Design dt. 06.07.2023(attached).(3)Quantity of Pre curved TWS as per LH/RH side, Contrary/Similar Flexure and Degree of Curve is as per attached Annexure-A. (4)Zu-1-60/60E1A1 thick web R-260 rails for tongue rail will be arranged by vendor at his own cost. Rails for Stock Rails & Check Rails (R-260) shall also be arranged by Supplier at their own cost in terms of Railway Board letter no. 2022/Track- I(P)/Fabricators dated 24.01.2022 & 31.07.2023.
