Supplying/Providing and laying FIH approved global category synthetic hockey suface with polyethylene fiber and cast in situ shock pad laying jointing and fixing the same on the bituminous sub base including repair to Bituminous Sub base wherever required and making good the same with rubberized under layer as per the latest FIH requirements and the pasting of synthetic grass as reqirements and the pasting of synthetic grass as per specification of the Global Category FIH competition including all marking on the surface as per FIH rules and standard with minimum specification as number of filaments 6 to 8, thickness of yarn 110-154 microns, filament width 1mm, yarn fineness 6600 to 8000 dtex, pi;e height 11 to 14mm, stich density 310 to 430 per metre, no. of tufts 65092 to 90900 per sqm, no. of filaments 937323-1090800 per sqm, fibre/pile weight 1512-1850 per sqm, backing coating weight 850-1320 per sqm total/carpet weight 2929-3515 gm per sqm etc. complete and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge with fulfilling complete latest FIH standard and norms including all necessary standard procedures, testing of laid turf and surface, work includes all repair, maintenance and cleaning of turf carpet by sweeping, brushing/by vaccume suction machine of required capacity without damaging the synthetic hockey turf surface. Obtaining of Global certification from FIH for the newly laid turf by the field builder at his own risk and cost in time will mark the completion of work. It will be the responsibility of the agency/field builder to take necessary repair/maintenance/cleaning steps as per the direction of FIH during whole guarantee period to keep live the global certification by FIH. Supply and installation of fully computerized, automatic and single key operation pop-up sprinkler system specifically designed VP3"Perrot" for synthetic sports hockey surfaces including all fittings and accessories. HDPE pipe dia 150/110 MM class pe 100 grade 12.5/cm2. HDPE pipe 352.00 m approx and sprinkler gun set including 6 nos of gun etc. work also includes making expose one side of HDPE sprinkler line like the other three existing sides including all required civil work. Supplying and installation of 50 h.p coupled pumping set with electronic controller make like grundfos/KSB/Calama etc. or equivalent, making connections suitable for T.W/D.C.B/ open well. The job includes screwing and welding of flanges on GI B-class riser pipes, installation of complete fittings and accessories with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cable and other connections. Layout of the same along with details of product is to be got approved by engineer.

Purchase and taken away the following dismantled mateirals including all loading, unloading and cartage etc. and as per direction of engineer-in-charge. A) Old synthetic turf
