REPAIR/RESURFACING OF ROAD INCLUDING OTHER CONNECTED WORKS IN ADM AREA AND DEPOT AREA AT 15 FAD JINDRAH UNDER UNDER GE (ARMY) DHAR ROAD UDHAMPUR

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep including removing the materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and stacking, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre and including Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in any type of soil for berms, complete, all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.
