(a) All aluminium sections including glazing clips, snap beading, joining cleats, rubber packing, screws etc., as required are deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

(c) The fixtures given are for window unit of size exceeding 1.0 sqm but not exceeding 2.20 sqm.

SCH "A" PART-II (INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, etc., and separating the serviceable items for reuse, removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring aluminium conductor cables any number of runs of any cross section complete, including removal of batten / conduit and separating the serviceable items for reuse, removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring on stone / brick masonry wall complete with two 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated 1100 volts grade unsheathed cable confirming to IS-694, 1977 with multistranded copper conductor, drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit, conduit fittings and conduit accessories not less than 20 mm dia concealed in walls and fixed with suitable clamps on ceiling / roof trusses etc., and including provision of one 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly, including pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, 60mm deep, concealed in walls, duly painted with two coats of anti-corrosive over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with bakelite hylam sheet cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated screws for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc., complete all as specified and as directed for one light point controlled by one switch.

Taking out existing earthing materials and provision of Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick, with and including earthing of 4mm dia GI wire protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade upto a length of 7.5m.
