(F) AMF PANEL:- (a) Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel made out of minimum 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated of conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase,4 Wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar capacity required to carry current at 100% load of DG set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, prewired with copper flexible cable, be all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen set to AMF panel:-

Srl Item No 13.00 (Contd.....) (G) Acoustic enclosure: CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:-

(a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (c) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surfacetreatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (e) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (f) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (g) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (h) Working space is to be provided around tbe equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (j) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement.

The temp inside tee enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp. (n) The enclosure should be provided witb bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (o) The battaries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable inlsulated platform. (p) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (q) The accoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. (r) The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. Carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance etc., complete for First year during defects liability period (i.e after handing over of STP after physical completion of Phase I subjected to 'Nil' Defects) all as specified and as directed

Carrying out daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & half yearly maintenance etc., complete for remaining period of second year during defects liability period after completion of 22 months of handing over of STP after physical completion of Phase I all as specified and as directed

f) Proper and effeicient functioning of the plant must be ensured through regular inspection by qualified Engineer bi-monthly preferably by OEM or by his authorised agency. g) The contractor shall carry out routine maintenance as per procedure mentioned in the PS. h) Staff deployed by the contractor shall carry out daily careful cleaning of the inside installation, greasing of pump, motors, panel boards, DG sets and internal portion of pump house building , 3m external portion , 3m in radius for outdoor panel boards and maintain installations in presentable condition all time all as specified and as directed. j) The contractor shall carryout routine check and maintain check sheet daily, weekly, monthly and upkeep the installation , rectify normal trouble shooting, replacement of gland packing of pumps and sluice valves in installations and minor parts like nuts, bolts, washers, coupling rubber, star packing etc. without extra cost to the deparment. k) Contractor will maintain log sheet daily and submit to department duly completed along with attendance sheet and payment register. l) No T & P will be issued by the department for doing the above work, it shall be arranged and provided by the contractor like PH testing kit, chlorine test kit, turbidity test kit, pipe wrench, screw drivers, sluice valve opening /closing kit, cutting plier, digging tools etc. m) The contractor shall check and implement all the labour laws/precautions for health and safety of labour /OEM operator working in hygenic conditions. p) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of proper uniform of technician/operator as directed by GE.
