Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles and removing rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in groundfloors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing rubbish from the premises etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment incl bedding if any n exc. 50mm thick etc. on any type of roof, cleaning with wire brushers etc. and removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/paver block and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish from the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing rubbish from the premises. Complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and n any position not other wise specially provided for and removing rubbish from the premises

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for applying for Dr. Fixit bathseal system over the sunken portion floor of bathroom, with the products in the "Kit' as details below ( Work Shall be carried out by only authorized applicator ) Dr. Fixit bathseal 2K WPC - Acrylic elastomeric cementitious waterproof coating for sunken portion Floor and walls in bathroom complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of 7 to 8mm thick, (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with and including provision of 15 mm thick screed bedding in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3kg per Sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 150 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cmm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including cement mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by the Enge In Charge

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. M&L for Udaipur green marble 18 to 20mm thick, prepolished, as in window & ventilator cills in single length including beding of cement mortar fixed & pointed Including 20 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Chargeall as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for machine cut polished kota stone slab of size not less than 550 x 550 mm flooring 18-20mm thick laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polished kota stone slab 18 -20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6, rubbing, grinding, rounding of edges and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Kota stone shall be laid in one piece for treads and risers for step, window cills and moulding/rounding of edge properly.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortor (1:6) finished the surface even and smooth without extra cement as on surfaces of wall. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 by using water proofing 3% by weight of cement on concrete or brick masonry surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for rough cast plaster with a mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate of size 6mm to 8mm as directed, mixed with coarse sand, fine sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1, finished even rendereing with under coat 10 mm thick cement and sand mortar 1:3. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing layer with Dr. fixit primeseal external wall water proofing as per company instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick, plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on surfaces of ceiling and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix as in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I ,1000 ltr capacity including, 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in replacement rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white colour three layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I ,500 ltr capacity including, 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polyethylene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed. Complete all as specified and directed.
