Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:6, on uneven surface of brick work or concrete surfaces on wall surface even and smooth without using any extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling, complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on walls complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (white/ tinted) on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Demolition of any type of roof treatment (i.e APP membrance, brick tiles, mud phuska, cement concrete/ lime concrete etc ) from roof any thickness including leaping plaster including removing the demolished material from roof out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) laid as in padding over roof slabs with WPC as per manufacturer instruction for providing proper slope including finishing surface by using extra cement even and fair all as specified.

M&L for three layer prefabricated atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified 3 mm thick membrane ( weight not less 3 kg/sqm) reinforced with 160 gms polester non-woven fabric with scratched tool before finishing roof surface. When the concrete surface is still green, the roof surface shall be throughly wire brushed washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust prior to the application of primer on the dried surface one coat of approved bituminous primer, having density in the range of 0.87 to 0.89 / kg at 25 dgree and viscositing of 70 to 160 CPS manufactured by the same manufacturer @ 0.40 litres/sqm shall be applied. APP membrane shall be laid on primed surface tourch application mehtod after allowing 24 hours of primer to dry. Laying of APP membrane shall be commneced at the lowest level and worked upto the crest. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The overlaps shall be of minimum 100 mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction. All overlaps shall be bonded with bitumen primer and levelled by the heating the overlaps with brutane tourch. This treatment shall be done by the approved authorised applicator. Guarantee of treatment shal be for 10 years. Thereafter APP membrane shall be painting with two coat of water proofing paint with aluminium finish. (ii) Independent testing of membrane for the approval technical parameters specified hereinafter shall be carried out the approved laboratories like National test house any other Govt approved laboratory having facilities for the testing of membrane.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n.exc 500 ltrs and above, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately

S&F tripple layer rotational moulded vertical water storage tanks with closed tops (cylinderical ) fixhoisted and in position 500 ltr capacity incl disconnecting and refixing the existing GI fitting and pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed suitable for iron pipe 20mm bore having weight not less than 210 gms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs HDPE PVC lid (cover) for 500/1000 Litres capacity PVC tank complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness( below or above ground floor) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cleaning the sunken floor surfaces by wire brushes, brooming, removing dust by dismantling of floor, lime terracing and applying following :- (a) 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 complete mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. (b) Bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.50 Kg Per sqm. (c) Applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm confirming to IS - 702-1998 for water proofing membrane. (d) Applying of polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm over entire are with overlaps and sealed all as specified directed. (e) Again applying a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over water proofing membrane. (e) Dusting dry sand @ 0.75 Kg Per Sqm over water proofing membrane.

Supply and fixing in repair windows/ ventilators fabricated from 0.60mm thick roll formed section made of galvanised steel powder coated (Base steel as per IS-513"D" quality) galvanised as per IS-277 with ZINC of 120GM/SQM . Windows / ventilators having frame suitable for dual shutter i.e. inner and outer shutter with grill, glazed and wire mess shutter and all fitting, fixtures accessories incl 6mmx12mm flat iron with 10mm square bar M.S. grills complete as specified and shown in drawing No CEAF/STD-191/2014, sheet 1/2 & 2/2 dated 11.12.14 (4000 series) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm, in floors or dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 X 300X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up steel water tubing and connections of 15 mm bore removing the debris including mortar out side defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per above Item No 23 but 20 mm bore.

S & F steel water tubing, galvanised, medium grade, ISI marked with all fittings and fixed on walls and ceilings or laid in floors bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Item No 25 above but 20 mm bore.

Dismantling of Stone slabs laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick laid over and inluding 15 mm thick screedbed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including cutting and pre polished mirror polishing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 28 above but in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 pre polished complete.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes all as specified.

Taking down frame or Chowkhats (w/o taking off shutter from the frame) of any description exc. 1.50 Sqm and not exc. 4.00 Sqm each incl necessary repair to opening with CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
