Dismantling of Structures: Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. Construction of granular sub-base by by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,r and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required. density Grading 2 as per Technical Specifiction Clause 405. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emalsion (CRS-1 ) using emalsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg /sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 .

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hit mix to work site, laying with hydro static paver finisher with sensor control tothe required grade, level and aligment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT & H cl. no. 507 complete in all respect (including carrieage up to intial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 km intial lead from mixing plant 9 including cost of testing of material at site and laboratory) A. Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing.
