Supply, laying and commissioning of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminum Power Cable from barrage to guest house and other allied electromechanical works at Ujh Barrage (As per scope of work Annexure C of SBD item No.01):-Supply, laying and commissioning of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE aluminum Power Cable of size 3.5 x 35 sqmm of 1.1 KV grade XLPE/PVC insulate 3.5 X35 sqmm(450 mtr.) Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 foundation including excavation and refilling and cost of the pole etc as required above 4.5 mtr and upto 6.5 mtr(10 nos) Providing and fitting of 01 No MCCB TPN of capacity 100 Amp at control room, ujh barrage and bus bar 100 Amp for further distribution of electricity at guest house. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery and tools tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material and transportation charges, handling charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable

Replacement of steel wire rope 18mm/22mm/25mm dia. 6/37 hemp core of 03 No. radial gates including Adjustment of rope falls and Cardium compound to radial gates installed at Ujh Barrage(As per scope of work Annexure C of SBD item No.02) :-Providing/placing 300 sand bags approx in the each segment of the gate to avoid the current of the water by using JCB/manual labour for making the space suitable wherever required for execution the job. Lowering/resting of each radial gate leaf on the sill beam, extracting or gas cutting rusted 02 No. pins each on both rope trolleys of gate leaf which leads to loosing of connection between rope trolley and rope. Dismantling/disassembling of damaged steel wire rope from each drum of 03 No. radial gates by way of opening of two nos. nuts on holding plates, extraction of already dismantled rope trolleys with sockets. Job includes separating the rope from the sockets by way of giving heat treatment at suitable temperature and melting the zinc from the sockets. Providing/fitting of new steel wire rope 18mm/22mm/25mm dia, ungalvanized 6/37 hemp core 50 m length equal with two spare turns on rope drums and zincing of 06 No sockets. Job also includes adjusting rope falls length of radial gates by giving equal tension to the rope at both ends, re-fitment of rope plates and P/F of nuts, bolts, washers, grease nipples of suitable size for smooth operation of radial gate. Job includes P/F of shims to the base of Plummer block bearing type (SMR-513 & SMR-518) using tools and tackles to properly align shafts and increasing bearing and coupling life. Job includes precise alignment of gear drive unit with motor and other drives of radial gates using wedges, tools and tackles to prevent wear and tear of allied parts for efficient and smooth operation. Repairs to the gate leaf by way of extraction of turn Buckle and gate link from the keeper plate of the gate leaf by way of cutting pins with gas cutting arrangement, straightening/ strengthening of already extracted rope trolleys and keeper plate by way of gas heating treatment/welding with standard quality electrodes. Job includes fitting of rope trolleys after providing/fitting pins as per sample size. Job also includes fixing the segregated strands of rope into the rope socket and Providing/filling of zinc into the socket & fitment with the rope trolley, including red oxide/ painting to repaired trolleys. Finally extraction of sand bags from the river bed and removing/clearing the mud, filled sand bags with the help of JCB/manual labour. Providing/Applying cardium compound to the steel wire rope of 03 no. radial gates, by way of removing dirt, dust and rust from the rope with the help of wire brush making scaffolding arrangement and holding the gear Unit and cleaning with K-oil/thinner properly and applying cardium compound to the steel wire rope of above mentioned radial gates. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery used, tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable(03 Nos job i.e. replacement of ropes and other wire for 03 Nos gates).
