M&L for fine aggregate ( course Sand) as in back layer and cushioning for interlocking paver blocks, spread and required levelling etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequerred cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in steps, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates, kerbs etc. water troughs and the like including necesaary formwork,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheets including ridges as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling of any section in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses / poles (unframed) including purlins, rafters and special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including ridge complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 cu.m getting out in any type of soils, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for mild steel works in fencing post and struts incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching wire, etc.,FI fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) icl all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete and incl dismantling old steel work all as specified and directed.

S&Fchain link fencing incl MS galvanised fencing wire not less than 3.8mm dia, mesh of max size 100x100mm weighing not less than 3.08 kg/sqm, fixing to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc., including provision of binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia including dismantiling old unserviceable mesh complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed mild steel work such as grills, grating, gates with ends of bars shouldered and / or rivetted, or forged into spikes, framed gurad bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings and similar work confirming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 of any section and sizes, including taking down old gates or ladders of any size and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm width or girth and priming with red oxide zinc chrome and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of Random Rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from existing old walls (to receive plaster) including raking out joints, hackisng for key, scrubbing down with water etc.., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of ceiling including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with WP compound on brick work or concrete surface etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in roof surfaces etc. all as specified as in Water storage sumps etc. Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured seperately.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof etc. mixing with water proofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of Walls and applying with three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.37 above, but on ceilings.

M&L for preparation of newly treated surfaces and apply two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of chalk whitening to walls complete all as specified and directed.

(ii)Laying APP polymer modified membrane weight @3.8kg/sqm and 3mm thick reinforced with non woven polyester mat by torch applicationon membrane with min 100mm over lap (iii) Top of membrane surface shall then be finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr/sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates incl necessary formwork in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and above TMT bars bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.44 above above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required for depth exc one brick but not exc. two bricks

All as per item no. 47 above but in stone walls built in cement mortar or in cement lime mortar

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.5 sqm and not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description, area exceeding 1 sqm and not exceeding 2.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed in second class hard-wood

S&F for 30mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, complete all as shown in drawing of relevant item in MES, schedule Part-II , 2004 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as a gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded / sealed to the stiles and nails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at side as per specification and drawings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Glazed and skeleton shutters, 25mm thick in 2nd class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed in any type of buildings incl Over head tanks.

S&F for Small fittings in 2nd class hardwood, such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessary' labours; articles n exc 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 125 mm size butt hinges ,extruded Aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin,type-C-21. (ISI Marked), rolled mild steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones glazed with oil putty fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reglazing shall be measured as a new work

S&F for stainless steel wire-cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for veneered decorative plywood 9/12 mm thick, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both face, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in aluminium door shutter etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for door closer of cast iron body, hydraulically regulated, designation No 2, universal type, suitable for door shutters of weight between 36 to 60 Kg, ISI marked, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles 7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in any type of soils complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over prepared surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment all as per below mentioned stages for complete exterior including all walls, all columns, beams, stairs, ceilings, parapets, top roof etc for 2.50 lakh Gallon capacity Overhead tanks:- (i) Complete removal of existing treatment: The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust, lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush. Then the surface is washed well and allow water to dry. All cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/repaired with white cement putty or with Plaster of Paris, prior to application of paint.In case of old surfaces where excessive fungal/algal growth is observed the surface should be bio washed as per manufacturers instructions. Allow the surface to dry before it is ready for painting. (ii) Primer Coat: Over this prepared surface apply a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer as per manufacturer’s instructions. This shall be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hours before application of final paint. (iii) Finishing Coat: Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint of premium quality 100% Acrylic shall be applied in two coats as per manufacturer's instructions. Paint shall be applied with brushes or roller and shall be allowed to dry for 3 to 4 hours between subsequent coat. (iv) Finishing to Handrails if any: Preparing old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete Note: Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding arrangement for the complete work and provision of all precautions like safety helmet, safety belts etc to the labours. Quoted rates are also deemed to be inclusive of necessary life insurance coverage to all workers employed by contractor. The bidders are requested to visit each site before quoting.

PART-II : REPAIRS OF INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION (E&M) Taking down Copper / aluminium point wiring (light, socket or power Points) complete, including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets,etc. removing materials to store for keeping safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing all as Specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS cable stranded copper conductor single core in casing caping of suitable size complete with sunken iron pressed steel terminal box 2 mm thick for fitting mounting switch/ sockets regulators etc with hylam sheet 3 mm thick cover and with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire and connected to common earth dolly for the following points all as specified and directed.

One 5A 2pin/3pin switch socket out let multipurpose on same board.

Material & labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories and replacement of sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal box of 1.60mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover, brass screws, cup washers etc including all cutting / chases etc in walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for the followings :-

Supply and fix switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination multipurpose 3 pin 15 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix MCB distribution board SPN 08 way double door with bus bar complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 240 Volts 5 Amp to 32 Amp breaking capacity 10 KA rating complete all as specified.

Supply and fix MCB SP 240 Volts 5 to 32 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA rating complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing of DB, complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60Cm x 60Cm x 6 mm thick directly burried in ground ( eath pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level conneceted to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by mens of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessery excavation earth work PCC chamber CI chamber cover protection pipe watering pipe etc. (Complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and conected to earthing test point complete including excavation earthwork, PCC chamber, chamber cover ,funnel watering and protection pipe etc all specified and directed.

M&L Earthing continuity galvanised 4 mm wire or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of LED indoor decorative aluminium extruded T5 lED batted integrated type tube light fitting, suitable and including 1x20W, 230V, bipin holders, connector block etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connected up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes all as specified and directed. Make: C&S cat no LTTB4F20WLED/W or techno commercial equivalent in Bajaj/Halonix/Polycab as approved by GE.

S&F in repairs of LED indoor decorative aluminium extruded T5 lED batted integrated type tube light fitting, suitable and including 1x10W, 230V, bipin holders, connector block etc complete with all accessories internally prewired and including connected up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable sizes all as specified and directed. Make: C&S cat no LTTB2F10WLED/W or techno commercial equivalent in Bajaj/Halonix/Polycab as approved by GE.

Taking down DBs with sheet metal enclosure 8 way SPN DBs along with SPN / SP etc all as specified and directed.
