Part-A) Comprehensive Maintenance (Breakdown Maintenance and Routine Maintenance) of all the Electro-Mechanical Equipments installed within 1.2 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) within the contract period of 60 months (5 years) inclusive of all taxes, Consumables, Breakdown maintenance shall include rectification of damages & preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipments

Supervisior, highly skilled (01 No.) Degree Holder with experience of 3 to 5 years in running STP/FSTP. The wages are to be paid @Rs.552 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Chemist highly skilled (01 No.) Bachelors in Science (B.sc)/ M.Sc) Masters in Science. The wages are to be paid @Rs.552 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Electrician/Mechanic, Skilled (01 No.) with 02 years experience and ITI Certified in Electrician trade. The wages are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K

Fitter/Mechanic, Skilled (01 No.) with 02 years experience and ITI Certified in Electrician trade. The wages are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Operators, skilled (03 N0.) 1 for each shift of (8 hour/day) Day/Night and one Operator on rotational/assisting basis with 02 years experience in a sewage treatment plant certified by the officer for whome employee has worked. The wages to the skilled operators are to be paid @Rs.483 per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.

Helper Cum office Attandent (01 No.). The wages to the Helper Cum office Attandent are to be paid @Rs.311per person per day as per minimum wages act in vogue in UT of J&K.
