Earthwork in excavation by manual means over areas(exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry stone soiling in horizontal level including the cost of stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in -All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of the joints except at sharp curve shall not to be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Readymix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to givean even shade: Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling tile work in wall and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300 x300mm of 1st quality conforming to I:S 13755 of nitro, orient, somany, kajaria or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, grey, fume red, brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement and matching pigment etc complete

Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. handles conforming to IS : 4992 with necessary screws etc. complete

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc complete.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 2 *1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.. Wiring for circuit /submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3pin 5/6 amps & 15/16 amps modular switch connection etc as required

Supply, installation and testing and commissioning of the following light fixtures including all accessories like electronic ballasts, bulbs, lamp etc complete as required as 1X18 watt surface mounted mirror LED fixtures as required including 18 watt lamp

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
