Supply, assembling and lowering into bore holes 350 mm dia MS casing pipe screwed socketed and welded ISI Marked ERW in random lengths upto 06 Mtrs long, heavy duty with thickness not less than 8 mm including necessary fittings and jointing from ground level dully painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22 here-in-before, but slotted pipes having vertical slots 1/16" wide and 3" long.and all necessary connecting material.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore holes 250mm dia MS casing pipe but slotted having vertical slots 1/16" wide and 3" long screwed socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random lengths upto 06 meters long, heavy duty with thickness not less than 8mm including necessary fittings and jointing from ground level duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surfaces of pipes .

Development of bore well by air compressor of capacity 350 PSI 900 CFM appropriate capacity as required on ground till to get the clear water complete including carrying out yield test complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Yield test shall be carried out during developing of bore well and no extra payment shall be made on this account to the contractor.

M&L for borewell cap 8 mm thickness, suitable for MS ERW casing pipe 300 mm dia and duly drilled for 100 mm dia GI medium grade column pipes including locking arrangement with top end of the casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L bail plug 250 mm dia one Mtr long made of MS ERW pipe of 8 mm thickness with strong iron hook screwed and duly welded to lower most end of casing pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing MS reducer of wall thickness 8 mm screwed at both ends of size 350 x 250 mm including necessary fittings and jointing at appropriate length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and lowering of MS centering guide into borewell, made out of flat MS ribs suitable for 350 / 250 mm dia MS casing pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F housing clamp 150cm long in two halves 20cm wide, made out 20mm thick MS plate for 350mm dia MS casing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and packing pea gravels of size 5mm to 10mm of approved quality duly washed in packing around casing pipe and slotted pipes in the bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Fabrication and supply of strata sample box, made out of 20mm thick veneered particle board and partition with 12mm thick plywood with 25 x 25 x2mm thick plywood with 1200x750 mm with 10 partitions of size 150 mm x 150x100mm deep with front glass sheet sliding type cover with aluminium frame all round, 2 Nos dey hole plate of size 40 x 25 x 3mm complete all as specifiedand directed. (Name of tubewell, location, strata sample with depth shall be written as per direction of Engr - in - Charge). Note: Strata chart and casing asssembly chart on good quality glazed paper of size 80 x 30 cm duly framed, shall be provided by the contractor alongwith strata sample box without any extra cost to Govt.

Subsequent yield Testing of tubewell with heavy duty pump of appropriate capacity but not less that 70 Cum per hour upto 48 hour or more, so as to obtain the water sand/silt free and including testing of drinking water of bore well from Govt labourtary with the following examination (a)Turbidity (b) PH (c) Residual Chlorine (d) Total Alkalinity (as CaCO3) (e) Total Hardness (as CaCO3) (f) Chlorides (as CL) (g) Free & Saline Ammonia (h) Total Dissolved Solids (j) M.P.N of Coliform Bacilli per 100ml of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of of water meter suitable for 150mm bore flanged pipe, including necessary gasket , nut, bolts etc for jointing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F cast iron Air rlease valve with double air outlets,conforming to Is-14845 flanged end and jointing materials such as nuts,bolts,washers etc for the following sizes of pipes.

For bore of pipe 80mm.
