Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position in sunken floor and roof slab padding & like etc including removal of debris outside MD land and dumping ground will be sorted out by contractor at their own arrangement & cost, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below including removing of existing bitumenous tarfelt including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab including removing of bitumen primer applied on slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including following provisions:- Note-Work shall be executed at 3rd floor top therefore necessary cost of safty precaution materials and scaffolding shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates (a) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of ShaliTex primer (solvent based bituminous primer) conforms to IS: 3384-1986 coat of ShaliTex primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm shall be applied on the prepared and cleaned roof surface and parapet. Ensure not to apply when temperature is less than 5° C or during foggy period. Primer shall be allowed to dry for overnight. (b) Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) 3mm thick SuperThermolay Spun bonded non woven polyester reinforced APP modified water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt weight not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm manufactured by STP Ltd. The laying of membrane with a 75 mm longitudinal and 100mm transverse direction overlap shall be provided and laid using LPG torch and sealing all joints etc complete. (c) Finally applying a coat of Super Silver Shield confirmed to IS: solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: STP Ltd or equivalent in Supremo/ pidilite / fosroc ) Note : i) Work should be done by STP Ltd (OEM) / fosroc /Pidilite / Suprimo (OEM) respective applicator & work should be able to furnish stagewise on site technical reports from concerned company technologist during currency of work and entire completion of work. ii) Contractor shall submitt 10 years OEM guaranttee for water proof treatment.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster / screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including WPC & plasticizer as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (i) Only clean & dry river sand shall be used in above rendering work. (ii) WPC / plasticizer will be measured & paid seperatly

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded agg as in PCC padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement by using water proofing chemicals complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only necessary plasticizers complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- Pidilite CF 21 by Pidilite, P211 by Fosroc, ShaliPlast LW+ by STP Ltd.)

M&L for pruning of vegetation and plants growth on the external wall surfaces / roofs (dia n. exc. 3 inch) and applying Hydrochloric acid on the left over root portion and making good disturbed portion with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 grouting and finished with two coats of cement base paint to match the existing colour shade, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of necessary scaffolding up to G+3 height shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel iron of any description not otherwise provide for, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel section conforming to grade E-165 (Fe-290) framed work as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails , braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging, fastening, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks of any capacity not exc. 1000 ltrs and setting aside or lowered if required, and re-fixing in the same position after carryout necessary roof treatment work including necessary fittings like float valve, tank nipple and GI pipes (if any required), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary temporary arrangement for water supply during roof treatment work shall be done by the contractor at his own cost.

Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed for following size of pipe :- (a). 15mm dia bore.

(b). 20mm dia bore.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing galvanised steel tubing medium grade with all fitting such as bends, elbow, socket, reducer etc and fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes:- (a) 15 mm dia bore

(b). 20mm dia bore.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in making good to facings where required and making good as existing in CM 1:4 for concealed water tubing etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc, capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Litres capacity ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, three layered including with brass tank nipple of suitable size & dia, 25 mm ball brass valve high pressure with rod & high density plastic ball, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B0 laid as in base of water tank, roof slab and any other locations with water profing compound, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 sqm and not exc. 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.
