PROCUREMENT OF 21 AUTO TIPPER FOR COLLECTING DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION FOR SWM SECTION OF DAVANGERE CITY CORPORATION

The tenderer should be a OEM manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirementsup to at least 80% of the quantity required (40% with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises) in any one of the last 3 financial years (2 years for Micro & Small Enterprises). The equipment offered for supply must be of the most recent series models incorporating the latest improvements in design. The equipment should be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. Work Completion Certificate signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer to be submitted OR Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC and the tenderer, as authorized representative of OEM, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 80% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three financial years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months on the date of tender opening. Work Completion Certificate signed by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer to be submitted

To qualify for award of this contract each tender in its name should have in last three years (two years with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises) achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs 462.00 Lakhs (Rs. 115 Lakhs with respect to Micro & Small Enterprises). Audited Balance Sheet / Turnover certificate of the company duly audited/attested by chartered accountants for the said Financial Years with UDIN

Bidder firm must submit Bank Line of Credit obtained from a Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank to this work for Rs. 70.00 lakhs. Conditional LOC is not accepted

Tenderer should submit valid company registration certificate. If the bidder is a manufacturer, then ISO certificate should be submitted

If the tenderer is authorized by OEM, the tenderer should be duly authorized (as per section XIII) by the OEM manufacturer mentioning full details. Declaration should be specific to this tender

The Tenderer should have a Registered Service station/workshop at buyer location and the relevant document related to this should be uploaded. The address and contact details of the authorized service Centre and the service person has to be mandatorily furnished

The tenderer/manufacturer should not have been debarred/blacklisted by any State Government, Central Government, Govt Undertakings/ Enterprises/ Organizations/ SPVs for non-satisfactory performance, corrupt & Fraudulent or any other unethical business practices, not meeting critical conditions/security clearance etc., during the past. Declaration of same on a notarized affidavit to be submitted by tenderer
