Amount

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m in wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables / GI pipe and getting out in the soft/loose soil of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean, fine, dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable / inside transformer yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay common burnt clay building bricks sub class 'B' laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Road cutting / hard standing for laying of LT UG cable and refilling, well ramming and finished top 15 cm with PCC 1:2:4 and depth of 15 cm, and repair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for new galvanized steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings for protection of cable including removing U/S pipes complete all as specified for the following sizes :-

(a) 80mm bore

(b) 50mm bore

(c) 40 mm bore

Taking down UNSV LT UG cables of following sizes (Note :- Earth work Excavation measured and paid seperately).

(a) From 10Sqmm, 2 Core upto and incl 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(b) From 95 Sqmm, 3.5 Core upto and incl 240 Sqmm

Supply &Laying LT UG Cables , XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of following cross-sectional area complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable route indicators made out of PCC fixed vertically in gound alongwith span of line with mentioning letters indicating letters cable size and voltage grade on exposed portion including excavation and refilling etc all as specified

Supply and fixing TP& N Vertical load line MCCB Distribution Board fitted with busbar, neutral links,planking plates , G frame 12 Way, 415 Volts, 3 Phase including taking down old U/S DBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing MCCB 415V,16KA, 4 Pole 63Amps including taking down old UNSV MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SP and current carrying capacity upto 32 A in the exisiting MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning including taking down old UNSV MCB complete.

Supply, install test and commission LT Panel board, TPN 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 200 Amps capacity, out door cubical type floor mounted,CPRI approved, factory made,totally enclosed, double door at front & rear side inclusive of necessary locking arrangement, dust and vermin proof, IP-54, fabricated out of CRCA sheet duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal with cable chamber for incoming and outgoing connections with suitable glands and lugs comprising for the following accessories including necessary PCC foundation of minimum 0.35m height positioned and grouted with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal and connecting all incoming and out going cables all as specified and directed including taking down old unserviceable panel:- (Location -MAP QTRs Near Gas Godown)

Repairs and Maint of LT Feeder pillar Boxes , replacing the unserviceable door hinges, locks , cutting the burnt portion of cable / lugs and crimping with new lugs of suitable size and connecting . Painting the Feeder Pillar Box with approved colour

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, Earth plate shall be connected with double bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, to & including 32x6 mm galvanized iron strip as earth lead, extended upto 7.5 m 'or' upto test terminal point, drawn through 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of galvanized iron strip in the ground, further connecting with suitable size of earth strip to LT Panel, Transformer, DBs etc., including excavation, earth work, magnesium sulphate-50 Kg and charcoal in alternate layers on all sides sorrounding the earth plate, bentonite-25 Kg clay mixed with water and loomy soil sorrounding the plate on all sides, all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab, watering pipe 20mm dia bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt-I, including breaking and removing the old unsv earth materials complete all as specified and as directed.incl taking out unserviceble Earthing from Sub stns

M&L for Earth Continuity conductor or Main Earth lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chasses or burried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any any other indicated satution for loop earthing etc of size 32x6 galvased iron strip.

S&F MCCBs, 4 pole, 415 volts, fixed thermal and magnetic type of capacity 25 Amps with breaking capacity of 25KA complete all as specified and as directed including modification to the panel including taking down old unsv MCCBs complete all as specified and as required.

S&F MCCBs, 4 pole, 415 volts of capacity 40 Amps to 100 Amps with breaking capacity of 25/27 KA including modification to the panel as require including taking down old unsv MCCBs complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Item above but for MCCB of capacity 160 Amps with breaking capacity of 35/36 KA complete all as specified and as directed including modification to the panel as required including taking down old MCCBs.

Cutting and removing the damaged portion of the able, Supply, prepare and connect cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for heat shrink type straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE, armoured aluminium conductor for following sizes:-

(a) 10/16 Sqmm, 2 Core/4 Core

(b) 25 to 50 Sqmm, 3.5/4 Core

(c) 70 to 120 Sqmm, 3.5 Core

(d) 150 to 240 Sqmm, 3.5 Core
