REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS, FEEDER/JUNCTION BOXES AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AF STN ADAMPUR

Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

NOTES APLICABLE TO SERIAL ITEM 1 TO 3 : Excavation & earthwork will be carried out by contractor manually and very carefully without endangering existing underground cables, pipe lines and adjoining structures, if any. In case any damage is caused, the same shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Sand cushioning ( local dry river sand) for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as specified. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.)

Brick protection with pulverized fuel ash lime bricks laid flat across the route of underground cable complete all as specified.

GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade with all fittings fixed as termination postal, fixed to poles/ walls/ under floors/ under road for protection of cable etc. IN REPAIR, complete all as specified

XLPE insulated heavy duty multi stranded armoured and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ ducts/ along poles/ through pipes including jointing and testing including taking out existing cable complete all as specified, of following description: -

50 Sq.mm, 3.5 core

70 Sq.mm, 3.5 core

Earthing with and including GI earth plate electrode 6 mm thick of size 600 mm x 600 mm with 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip earthing lead complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 and as specified in Particular Specifications of contract clause 19.14, IN REPAIR.

LT panel board, outdoor type, CPRI approved all as specified in particular specifications of contract clause 19.15 including installation, commissioning & testing IN REPAIR, comprising the following components/acessories: -
