Disconnecting the three phase power supply system from the starter of panel board and taking out defective submersible pump motor set 3 phase along with taking out / removing of column pipes and cable carefully and carryout with transporting to work shop for repairing purposed, after repairing/ rewinding of the submersible pump motor set, jointing of cableing work and re-assembling the pump motor sytem complete and relowering in the same position of well with the help of jointing / fixing of column pipe, cable and including providing of suitable size / type of rubber joint gasket along with replacement of defected nut & bolt etc after making submersible cabling joint connection and connected with three phase power supply starter system including checking and testing of fault and rectification of fault from existing starter system complete and testing the pump motor set on load complete all as specified & directed for the following capacity/rating :-

Opening/ dismantling and taking out old unserviceable burnt out winding matrerial/ defected parts from the existing submersible electric motor system of suitable capacity including providing re-winding materials with water proof copper insulated wire all as existing gauge / size / type including it connecting winding jointing material and including repair / replacement of other connected minor defected burnt out parts of motor and after reassembling it testing of system and carryout with transporting from work shop to site complete all as specified & directed for the following capacity/rating :-

NOTE :- The unit rate shall be include for minor spares parts such as bolts, nuts wahers, oil seal, gasket, oiling, greasing, fans etc as required seviceable for pump.

Disconnecting the three phase power supply from the LT panel and taking out submersible pump motor set of any capacity alongwith column pipe and submersible cable including providing of developing of bore well with the help of air compressor machine of rating pressure capacity upto 250 PSI / 550 cfm till the bore well found sand free clear water is obtained from the bore well and all the removed blocked from the stainers pipes including opened up to the bore well depth of upto 400 feet depth after cleaning and re-assembling all the column pipe and pump with motor duly fixed with submersible cable joint & replacement of all defective nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, packings etc. & submersible cable, relowering the pump set alongwith column pipe and cable and making electrical connection complete.

NOTE FOR SERAL ITEM 2 to 22 :- Not withstanding with the provision of "Compensation for Delay' envisaged under condition 50 of IAFW-2249, General Conditions of Contracts, additional compensation @ Rs. 500/- day will be charged from contractor in case he fails to make the functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within 24 hour of receiving of complaint from the MES regarding non working above items.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for taxi track,PCC path / road / laying for pipe line etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, after the pipes have been laid and tested complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SERIAL ITEM 42 TO 44: (a) Excavation work shall be carried out manually only. NOTE APPLICABLE FOR SERIAL ITEM 45 & 46:- (i) All required T&P for cleaning of RCC over head tank / under ground sewage, water sump and other safety equipment required for working of manpower shall be arrange by contractor under own arrangement without any extra cost to the Dept. (ii) The contractor shall soley responsible for any mishap,accident and other mishappening to workmen during working time and setting all claims of workmen as per the labour commissioner or court law and the rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this aspect and nothing extra shall be payble on this account. (iii) The contractor provided sufficient more nos labour for cleaning of overhead tank under ground sump within the given time period by depaetment. No such type of delay reason are not accepted due to shortage of labour for cleaning of over head tank / under ground sump.

M&L for Chemical analysis including micro biological examination of water sample obtaining from bore well at pump house No-1 to 12 under GE (AF) Adampur. Collect the sample as per standard operating procedure from bore well as chemical and microbiological as per the IS specification. NOTE:- (i) The complete analysis report should be submitted within specific period. (ii) Bore well should be test by NABL approved lab as approved by GE.

S&F, GI pipe 25mm bore light grade (ISI Marked) cut piece of 1.0 metre - 1.5 metre length, fixed vertically with bottom end embedded in and including cast in situ PCC (1:2:4) block of size 20cmX 20cmX 15cm including use and waste necessary fair finish form work and other end (at top) fixed to air termination rod with necessary nut and bolts etc as required IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rigid non metallic heavy duty Gr-B PVC conduit of 30/32mm bore inclusive all standard fittings, for passing of communication cables etc. under plinth/ floor or fixed to wall with necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacing new LED obstruction light as per existing make/ power fixed on top of OHT with necessary fixing arrangement and providing PVC insulated three core flexible copper cable and including metallic conduit 20mm dia fixed on surface of water tank upto control MCB enclosure with MCB SPN 06 AMP IN REPLACEMENT complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rectification of leakage in CI/DI pipe line making it leak proof to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge by filling jointing material etc.including necessary excavation & earth work complete CI/DI pipe of size: -
