Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending Bidder should have successfully carried out at least 1 (one) similar work of Operation & Maintenance of ground mounted Solar PV plant of 1MW capacity or above as a Prime Contractor of value not less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs (single order) for one year in Central/State Govt./PSUs or reputed organizations in any preceding five years from the date of issue of NIT. Satisfactory performance certificate issued from officers of State /Central Government undertaking/any utility/any reputed industries not below the rank of Executive Engineer/ equivalent cadre/ Project head of respective plants / Industries shall be uploaded. The copy of the work order and work done certificate for corresponding works shall be uploaded.

Bidder during the last five financial year period shall have achieved average turnover of Rs.30.00Lakhs for atleast two financial years. Annual report, turn over certificate, copy of Auditors Report along with the Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements and other financial statements shall be uploaded as a documentary proof duly certified by charted accountant.

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

The intended bidder shall hold & furnish a valid class-I and above Electrical contractor license issued by competent authority of GoK. If the bidder is class-I and above Electrical contractor outside Karnataka, then the bidder shall furnish the following i)Valid class-I Electrical contractor license from any State in India ii)Undertaking to provide Class-I Electrical license issued by competitive authority in Karnataka within three months from the date of LOA, if work awarded.

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending bidder shall have the Income tax, PAN, GST Registration, ESI registration certificate, Provident Fund registration certificate (Independent PF Code). Copies shall be uploaded as documentary proof.
