Dewatering desludging (solid sludge or liquid mud) and cleaning the RCC sump 75000 Gallon capacity by using pump or manually as required at site. Bottom and side walls of sump shall be cleaned by scraping with wire brush and cotton cloth till the concrete surface is become visible. After cleaning operation bottom and internal wall shall be washed with bleaching powder and potable water and painting the internal surfaces with three coats of white wash suitable for drinking water and with two coats of cement based paint on external surfaces.The sludge and liquid mud shall be removed outside the MOD land as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Bushes and grass around the sump upto the fencing shall be cut and removed including the unwanted earth and levelling for the same. Two coats of anti corrosive enamel black paint shall be applied to sluice valve and iron parts i.e. ladder and cover of valve pit and sumps etc. Two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code over a one coat of red oxide primer on the complete pipe lines sumps and area as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

After cleaning operation bottom and internal wall shall be washed with bleaching powder and potable water and painting the internal surfaces with two coats of white wash suitable for drinking water and with two coats of cement based paint on external surfaces. Two coats of anti corrosive enamel paint shall be applied to sluice valve and iron parts i.e. ladder and tanks etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cast iron sluice valve 150mm bore ISI mark flanged ends with stainless steel spindle with CI operating wheel cap and CI gate with brass ring type PN 1.6 including suitable size bolts, nuts for jointing and taking out the old unseviceable valve complete all as specified and directed. Cast iron sluice valve 100 mm bore ISI mark flanged ends with stainless steel spindle with CI operating wheel cap and CI gate with brass ring type PN 1.6 including suitable size bolts, nuts for jointing and taking out the old unseviceable valve complete all as specified and directed. Cast Iron Non return Valve of size 100 mm bore ISI marked flanged ends with bye pass arrangement including suitable size nuts , bolts washers etc including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. Make:-BIR/Sant/Kirloskar

Cast iron specials, ISI Marked such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type,(straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot ) collars, caps and plugs for pipe size upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing CI pipe 150mm dia for alterations or additions including taking down the pipe lines and inserting in new position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : CI fitting will be measure and paid under item 12.

Painting with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint first quality by spray machine to pump set complete with motor alongwith painting to Suction/delivery pipe lines, sluice valves all as per colour code after scratching the old paint and writing SM/MES No on pumps complete all as directed.'

Preparation of old painted surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, to rising main/ supply lines/ pumping lines and wash out 80 to 200 mm dia pipe with Sluice Valves and Non Return Valve and CI/GI fittings priming with one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Notice plate for under ground sump made out of PVC acrylic sheet (on Aluminium composite panel sheet of size 400 mm x 800mm not less than 3 mm thick) with blue base and writing letters in white words for SEMI UG SUMP Cap- D O C fixed on iron angle frame including necessary nuts, bolts and washers and taking out the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Vertically / horizontally on wall/ laid in trenches 150 mm bore MS pipe Flanged ends, including taking out old unserviceable pipe fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cutting ,threading and welding of existing and new MS pipe line alongwith flanges deemed to be included in the quoted rates. If the pipe have to be fitted on wall the contractor has to make all arrangement and no extra payment will be made for this. However Earthwork / excavation will be paid separately under respective items. Make : TATA/ Jindal/ Swastik

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipes in trenches and getting out including leveling of bottom surface and trimming of sides complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, excavate soft/hard soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavation surplus soil (soft/hard soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified.

CI Foot valve of 80 mm bore ISI mark including suitable size nuts , bolts washers etc including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. Make :- BIR/SANT/Kirlosker

Glow singnage boards of dimension 40 sqft (10x4 sqft) with base frame made from angle iron and backside from ACP sheet 3mm thick with IP 68 protection LED module, good quality virgin monometer Acrylic sheet, 3 inch rising moulding of acrylic letter with 5mm sun board channel, including complete wiring and SMPS power supply with IP 68 protection, each letter will be made with computer offset for having same letter style and type as aprroved by Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. PCC type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded aggregate in door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, bed plate,post etc with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, etc and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Synthetic insulating mat of size 2m x 1m x 10mm for LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

Cast iron duct cover of suitable size as per existing. Dimension of duct is 6m length and 0.6 mt width complete all as specified and directed.

Pipe galvanised iron medium grade complete with all fitting like tees, nipples, unions etc accessories laid in trenches, and laid on wall/ floor jointed tested and commissioned complete all as specifird and directed ISI marked of 50 mm bore . Make :- TATA/Jindal
