Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cables, pipes etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up GI/CI water mains 80 mm bore including all fittings with spigot & socket ends of lady/ tyton joints including out leas joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing in repair iron (DI) pipe, 80mm bore, with spigot and socket ends, conforming to IS : 8329/2000 classification, medium grade (K7 class), with screwed and socketed joints, suitable for push-on-joint (Rubber gasket-D jointing) with cement motor lining inside the pipes and outside zinc coating with bituminous finish coat as per IA 8329/2000 including EPDM rubber joints conforming IS : 5382 of 1985, laid in trenches or laid in floor, including making good the disturbed surface including all kind of fixing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Taking out, excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing non return valve of size 80mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and as directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable non return valve.

All as per ser item No 06.00 but 100mm bore.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, complete, all as specified & directed including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve. M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1350mm x 1000mm x 1200mm (internal dimension) (Type'E') all as Specified and as shown on drawing no. TD/2004/26 Sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC in foundation, coping, plastering,fabrication of valve pit chamber cover made out of angle iron frame and MS plates of thickness 3 mm with locking arrangement, 50mm dia lock with 03 keys, including of openable arrangement by heavy duty MS Hings of suitable size painted with synthetic enamelled paint (Blue colour) over a coat of primer including grouting of frame in PCC or brick work with plaster and final touch with double layer of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road,pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 250mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

M&L for brick cover of old size brick 'B' class with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjecent bricks bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection, complete all as specified & directed.

M/L for sand cushioning to PVC UG cable with approved quality of sand.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 80mm bore with & including all fittings complete laid in trenches. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for bore by drilling with rotary system/ODEX system upto 250mm dia in hard rock /Disintigrated rock till meeting water strata all as directed.

All as per item No 15.00 above but upto 250mm dia in hard rock and drilling with DTH system till meeting water strata all as directed.

Supplying and assembling jointing lowering and fixing in position of ERW MS casing pipe upto 200mm dia of 5.4mm thickness ( minimum ) upto required depth below ground level in all strata (including cutting welding as required, painting etc complete ISI marked including MS well cap and also as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge. Make - TATA/Swstik/Jindal/Prakash

Supply, assembling, including jointing lowering and fixing in position ERW MS slotted pipe upto 200mm dia of 5.4mm thickness ( minimum ) having slots of 1.59 mm wide, 75 mm long assembled and lowered as per location chart approved by the GE including cutting welding as required and painting etc complete all as specified.

Supply and packing with Pea gravel of 8mm to 4.6mm size of approved quality as ordered to packed around the casing/slotted pipe in bore well complete all as specified and directed dy Engineer- in - Charge.

Development of tube well by compressed air with compressor of minimum capacity of 150 PSI and 450 CFM all as specified. Note:- (i) Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping to determine safe pumping yield to be carried out by contractor at site and necessary report to be submitted. (ii) Testing of water for potability, dissolved solids, physical/chemical and bactorogical testing etc from the govt lab shall be carried out by the contractor all as directed and test report shall be submitted. (iii) The rates quoted shall deemed to include the above provisions.

S & F housing clamp 90 cm long 20 cm wide out of 6 mm thick MS plate for 200mm dia casing pipe with necessary MS Bolts, nuts & washers at ground level in PCC ( 1 : 2 : 4 ) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in block all as specified.

M & L for strata sample box of second class hard wood ( Hollock / Bijasal ) of size 40cm x 30cm x 20 cm complete all as directed by Engineer - in charge.

M & L for 50 mm bore GI medium grade column pipe in 6 m length with flanged joints duly scewed and welded with pipe suspended in deep well complete with slote for lead, GI flanges, rubber gaskat clamps, bolts, nuts, etc all as required for completion of work.

Supply installation Testing and commissining submersible pump set Electric driven 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 c/s having discharge upto 14000 Lit / hrs at 200 m head, 20 HP.Make- KSB/Kirlosker/CG.

M/L for GI pipe ( Light grade) for protection of LT Cable fixed to wall/poles /road crossing including clamps complete of size 50 mm bore

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to galvanised earth strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steelupto test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to test point incl PCC earth pit with CI cover, GI funnel with wire mesh, GI protection pipe of 40mm dia for earth lead protection from earth plate to test point and 20mm GI pipe for watering, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, filling the pit with charcoal and common salt surrounding the earth plate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including testing on completion.

S&F analog water flow meter cast iron body flanged ends & drilled horizontal heavy duty including jointing material etc. complete ISI marked of size 80 mm bore for submersible pump as specified as directed.
