Overhauling of complete transformer involving un-tanking of the transformer oil, removal and servicing of butterfly valves in radiator circuits, tightening of all internal connections including tap changers, replacement of complete gaskets and leakage arresting at all the gasketed joints like all flange joints, tank cover, LT and HT bushings, neutral bushings, buholtz relay and conservator circuits etc, including supply of labour, materials for the work like gaskets, fasteners, hydra crane, testing equipment, tools and tackles for the work.

Filling of transformer oil after oil filtration including supply of labour, for operation of the filtration machine and oil drums handling, online testing during filtration process materials for the work like gaskets, fasteners, testing equipment, tools and tackles for the work. Oil filtration machine will be provided by the department as per the detailed technical specification.

Complete one time servicing of 1200 LPH transformer oil filtration machine involves overhauling of Vacuum pumps, V belts, supply and replacement of faulty heater coils, power and control contractor servicing /replacement, testing and calibration of the on-board instruments in the filtration unit, complete painting etc. as per the technical specification.

Supply of transformer oil complying with IS 335; 1993 with latest amendments in standard packing drums of 210 litres, including transportation to site, safe storage of oil drums at site during the work as per the technical specification.

Supply and replacement of complete silicagel breather unit of 2kG capacity each filled with silicagel as per the detailed technical specification

Calibration, testing of the protection devices like buholtz relay, oil level gauges, oil temperature and winding temperature indicators, alarm and trip circuits, control cable and control terminals replacement with new ferrules, view glasses replacement along with gaskets in the marshalling compartment in-built on the transformer as per the technical specification

Supply of 3000A LT neutral bush as replacement spare in the 2.5MVA transformer as per the technical specification.

Supply of 2000A LT neutral bush as replacement spare in the 2MVA transformer as per the technical specification.

Supply of100mm diameter butterfly valve as replacement spare for the radiator circuit as per the technical specification.

Supply of silicagel confirming to IS 3401-1992 in a standard packing of 5kG bags as spare item to be used during re-conditioning the silicagel in the breather unit.

Painting of transformer exterior using enamel paint with aircraft grey colour shade or as per accepted shade after completely cleaning the surface from oil and dust, preparation of the surface etc. Inclusive of the cost for supply of paint and thinners, consumables, skilled and semi-skilled labour for the work, as per the technical specification.
