Any other item or items left out from the BOQ but essentially required for successful completion of the work may be raised for inclusion in the scope of work during pre-bid meeting. Otherwise bidder has to consider left out items deemed to be included in the scope of work. Bidders are advised to physically visit the site and quote the price accordingly.

Defect Liability period 1 (One) Year

(Rates should be Quoted inclusive of all taxes & duities and GST and 1% LWC)
