Regular maintenance of Grass, Trees, Plants, Shrubs, Hedges, Flower Beds duly planted in Lawns & Flower Vase in front of the Main Control Room, Microwave & A.L.D.S. Control Room including maintenance of Trees & Hedges along the Roads at the Sub Station, in front of division office as per details below by deputing required number of well experienced gardeners including weeding out & removal of all the un-desired growths, watering, trimming, forking, manuring and making loose soil around plants, trees, shrubs, hedges, flower beds at regular intervals to keep them healthy and green including replacement of aired plants, grass with fresh plants, grass of same variety, with all cost of men, material and T&P etc. required for the job :

Maintenance of Grass Field Lawns.

Maintenance of Flower Beds in Lawns including providing of Seasonal Plants.

Maintenance of Trees / Shrubs / Plants in the Lawns & along the Roads.

Maintenance of Hedges in the Lawns & along the Roads.

Maintenance of Flower Vase.

Cutting of decorative Plants & Trees in the Lawns & Gate No.2 to Gate No.3 and along the Roads.

Supplying & spreading of well decomposed, decayed, dry Cow Dung Manure free from earth, stone pebbles & brick bets etc., with its carriage to site.

Painting of Cement Flower Vase with 1 coat of White Colour Cement Paint.

Painting of Brick Linings around Flower & Hedge Beds in the Lawns & along the Roads.

Weekly routine cleaning of the C.C. / Bituminous Roads inside the Sub Station premises between Main Gate No. 1 to 3 including approach Road to Central Store, complete surrounding area around Main Control Room, D.G. Room, Mulsifire Room, Microwave & A.L.D.S. Control Room and complete Roads & Trench Covers inside the Switchyard with Broom including disposing ‘Off ’ the Garbage. (52 Weeks in a Year)

Scrapping of unwanted grown Grasses, Kusha, Kansa, Plants along both sides of the C.C. Roads & in between joints of the C.C. Roads inside the Switchyard of the Sub Station including disposing ‘Off ’ the Garbage.

Watering of various plants, Hedge planted on both sides of road from Gate no.01 to Gate no.02 by laying ½” GI and rubber pipes. (Note: GI Pipe shall be provided by department and rubber pipe, tap, connector shall be provided by contractor)

Maintenance of seasonal flower bed in both side of C.C. road form Gate No. 1 to Gate No. 2 including digging the earth bed (minimum depth of bed 30cm) as per necessity whenever necessary during re plantation, plantation of seasonal flower, manuring, watering, mixing of manure with earth, uprooting the expired plants after its expiry and replacement of the new seasonal plants like its seed including cost of seeds/plants, fertilizers, pesticides and medicines etc. whichever is necessary for flourish and growth of seasonal flower bed.

Cutting down unwanted tree's lopping branches above hedges, trimming, removing, stacking and cleaning side in between gate no. 01 to gate no. 02 with all labor & T&P etc. for proper growth & upkeep of Hedges.

Monthly cleaning of unwanted pebbled, grasses, bushes, shrubs etc between C.C road and hedge of both side of divider of road between gate no. 1 to 2 including collection of foreign materials including waste paper, throwing out side of Sub Station.

Maintenance of prepared Grass Field Lawn (area b/w Gate No. 2 & 3) for 12 Months.
