Supply and fixing factory made solid core PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19mm gauge thickness and size of 19mmx19mm for stiles and for top and bottom rails 15mmx15mm. MS frame shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel of size 30x50mm forming stiles and 5mm thick wide PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles, and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5x2mm) thick, 20mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive and an additional 5mm thick PVC strips of 20mm width is to be stuck on interior side of C channel using PVC solvent adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions, door to be fixed to frame with and including 3 Nos MS powder coated butt hinges of size 100mm long x 25mm wide and 2mm thick and fixing with 32mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube complete all as specified in SSR-2009 (Part-I, specifications) & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8080 in SSR-2010 (Part-II, rates). Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window/ventilator shutter, side hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/mtr, including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings (each shutter) such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 Nos) suitable handle (1 No.), including taking down old existing window complete with frame and cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Aluminium chowkhat /frame and Glass shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
Taking down aluminium window shutter of any description and refixing in same opening after necessary easing, minor repairs, adjustment /alignment, replacement of broken beading and rubber packing, tigtening of screws, adjustment of hinges, adjustment of fittings like handle/tower bolt etc (glass if required for taking out, same shall be refix as per original, if any damage during repair same shall be replaced by contractor without any extra cost to department) including replacement old screws with new as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre 300mm apart including drilling depth of holes not less than 300mm and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic light coloured tiles of size 450mmx 300mm, 7mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) and finish the surface rough to receive the tile complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling of Stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, plateform, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite (dark colour) minimum size equal to width of slab (not less than 610mm), duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) as in cooking plateform and like laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for machine cut 20 to 25 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x450mm for flooring and in single piece for treads of staircase), laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for machine cut 18mm thick, Kota stone slab as in skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjoining vertical surfaces as per any of the following method complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge/GE. :- Method 1 (A) Supplying and applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smart Care Damp proof 2K, having 100% elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hydrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5 Clean all working surface & made free from dirt, grease laitance etc. After inspection for all working area rough surface, cracks & construction joint are treated by polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1Polymer : 4 Sand). Making Gola of size 75x75mm at junction of vertical & horizontal with the polymer modified mortar of 1:1:4 (1 Cement : 1 Polymer : 4 Sand). The coating shall be terminated at 300mm on vertical walls. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing and shall have consumption of 1.5kg/sqm per coats, etc, complete as per manufactures specifications.
(B) Bore Packing : All the borehole gaps between concrete surface and pvc pipe of various dia upto the neck level shall be filled with non-shrink free flow grout – Smart Care GP Grout or approved equivalent having dual shrinkage compensation property. Before the bore packing, surface of the pvc pie and concrete surface will be made rough and sand will be sprinkled with polymer bonding agent. (C) Apply12-15mm plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Smart Care Vitalia Neo @200ml per bag of cement.
Method 2 (A) Supplying and applying two component cementitious & acrylic flexible water proofing & protective coating, two coats with 1mm DFT, having Hydrostatic (positive) water pressure resistance (DIN 1048) is 7. Abrasion resistance, cm/km is 0.09 of Dr Fixit Pidifin 2k @ 1.5kg/sqm with a paint brush over existing roof surface. The Polyester reinforced coated net of 45g/sqm, 2.5mmx2.5mm is laying on the surface immediately on the first coat of two component modified polymer Dr Fixit pidifin 2k or equivalent. After removal of all lose materials like dust etc. with wire brush coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign contaminant filling of crack and patches with polymer based repair mortar/micro concrete, after the repairing work making the gola on surrounding wall’s junction and seal the vertical walls up to 300mm. In case of core cutting on the surface, the joint is seal with non-shrink grout. (B) Apply12-15mm water proof plaster on slab and vertical surface admixed with Dr Fixit pidiproof LW+ @200ml per bag of cement before treatment.
Note : (i) Work shall be executed through specialized agency (ii) The treatment shall be carried out as per the manufactures instructions and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The name of firm shall be got approved from CWE before carrying out the work. (ii) The Plan area of floor shall be considered for payment. (iii) PCC filling under sunken area will be measured & paid separately. Make : Method 1 (Asian paint)/ Method 2 (Dr fixit) or Techno commercial equivalent in Fosroc/Sika/STP
Material & Labour for 40 mm GI pipe medium grade, made to shape as in spout pipe 60cm long in sunken/ verandah/ Balcony including making hole and making good with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material & Labour for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement including 10mm wide, 30mm deep joints at the rate of 3.00 mtr centre to centre and at every turning point, filling the Joints with bitumen 7 sand mixture complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and prepare the surface to casting/jointing new including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs, shelves supported on walls, beams and columns landing, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as flat roof slabs, floor slabs, shelf slab, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) rough finished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 05cm but not exceeding 10cm wide, rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-fixing old serviceable 25mm bore galvanised steel water tubing (GI pipe) including all fittings in new or old portion/position to walls, ceiling, floor etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Old serviceable pipe and fittings obtained from taking up or down (here-in-before) item of this BOQ shall be reused after necessary cleaning internally and rerunning the old screw threads as required.
Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Cutting chases if required same shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 25mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Cutting chases if required same shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
Supply and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipe heavy duty nominal dia 20mm and outer dia 22.5mm having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all new CPVC fittings plain & brass threaded like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. including CPVC solvent cement for jointing and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor including complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Cutting chases if required same shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description and capicity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 200 Amp rated bus bar) SPN, 12 Way 240V, suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. Material and labour for cutting of road/floor etc any type upto 45cm width and depth for laying of cable/pipe, after that returning filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers upto 30cm in soft/loose soil and hardcore and top layer 15cm thick filling by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate to match the existing level of road/floor complete all as specified and as directed.
Boring hole/Excavation by trenchless technology for boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding using trenchless boring machine or by means of manual manpower suitable for inserting GI pipe any dia upto 50mm including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Pipe for inserting as required shall be measured and paid for separately.
