PART - I - CIVIL WORKS

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or euqivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado/ skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including of cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed wirh matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris outside colony complete all as per specifications, relevent IS code & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

a) In flooring with tiles of size 300 x 300 ( approx size ) & minimum 7 mm thickness Digital HD series of M/s H& R Johnson or euqivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding.

b) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X450 mm (Approx size) & minimum 8 mm thickness of Digital HD Series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:3 cement mortar backing/ fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Ahhesive, NSA) or M/s Bal Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/ dado etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Health type (Anglo-Indian) water close suit comprising : a) Health type (Anglo-Indian) water closet with 'P' or 'S' trap of M/s Hindware / M/s Cera make Sanitary ware in white glazed vitreous chinaware b) Solid plastic heavy quality seat with lid similar of approved make and including cost of removing the existing one & disposing of debris out side colony etc complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing PVC Heavy quality pipes & specials all fittings of required size & shapes, cutting the pipes to required lengths & laying or fixing in position with M.S. clamps & nails 50 mm away from the wall faces jointing the pipes and specials as per standard practice, making holes in walls or floor and making good the same to the original condition, testing the pipe line with minimum presure (6kg/sq-m) for leakage, rectifying the leakages, if any including removing the old C.I. pipes with fittings and handing over to deptt. stores, necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) for 75 mm dia.

b) for 100 mm dia.

Providing & fixing PVC Nahani trap of self cleaning design with 75 mm outlet having a minimum water seal of 50 mm with SS Grating on top including necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedding the trap, conforming to IS:3989, including removing the existing one & depositing to deptt stores etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing & refixing, the existing G.I pipe line including its fittings like elbows, collars, tees, unions, couplings, reducers,enlargers,bends and all other fittings required for the completion of work in water closets without damaging the adjacent area including the cost of all jointing materials like hemp yarn,white or red lead, clamps, wooden gutties, screws,cement ,sand & testing the pipes for its leaka proofness etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing C.P brass long body Bib tap 2 in 1 similar to . FLORENTINE Series' of ' JAQUAR' cat. No. 5041 including providing and 'fixing Health faucet with 1.0 mt long flexible tube and wall hook ( JAQUAR make Cat. No. 573)

Providing waterproof brick bat coba for filling in the depression of toilets, bathroom etc. as per the specifications of specialised waterproofing agencies and finishing the surface even so as to be suitable to receive the tiles etc. including removing existing brick bat with water proof plaster & disposing off debris out side Colony etc complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing chemical based water proofing of M/s Indofil chemicals/ New coat of Dr. Fixit as approved over bath/ WC brick bat coba & other locations as per the following procedure: a) Cleaning completely with water jet pump (100 Kg./ sq.cm.) cleaning to remove all dirt with wire metal brush. b) Applying a coat of Indofil MC-76/ New coat of Dr. Fixit (diluted with clean water as per recommendations of manufacturer) over the entire area to be treated including filling up of cracks, if any with CM-1:3 mixed with water proofing compound. c) Applying a bond coat with MC-76/ New coat of Dr. Fixit mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76/ New coat of Dr. Fixit and 1 part of cement. d) Providing and spreading of polycon based fibrous water proofing net for entire area including lapping as per manufacturer's specifications immediately after applying bond coat and curing. e) Applying one more bond coat with MC-76/ New coat of Dr. Fixit mixed with cement in 1:1 ratio i.e., 1 part of MC-76/ New coat of Dr. Fixit and 1 part of cement over the polycon based fibrous net. f) Applying two coats of flex top coats with indofil flexcoat/ New coat of Dr. Fixit mixed with 85 parts indofil flex coat/ New coat of Dr. Fixit and 15 parts clean water.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones Baroda Green marble Stone slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length/ height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut/ hand cut, final cleaning,moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20 mm backing & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc. and depositing the same at dept store etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels/ heights natural stones Baroda Green marble Stone slab18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 25 mm thick PVC integral foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 3 nos 100 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges and 2 Nos. 100 mm heavy duty aluminium baby latches, 2 nos. of 100 mm Al. Bow handles with back plate of M/s Shalimar Hardware or equivalent and including providing a vision panel opening of size 300 mm X 200 mm including providing and fixing PVC moulded louvers on both faces in the opening of vision panel with ss screws, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent, including removing existing door shutter & fittings etc complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Carefully removing existing single leaf PVC door shutter and properly cutting it vertical in two for making it foldable shutter by providing & fixing heavyquality 25 mm wide and 1 mm thick SS piano hingeand refixing the modified shutter into position & including providing and fixing one number heavyquality aluminum tower bolt of 150 mm size and including all necessary screws, cutting, planning etc.complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing carefully the existing PVC door shutters and refixing the same to its position after laying new tileson flooring including cutting the shutters at bottomportion as per site condition if required, etc. completeall as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC flush pipe Everlas or equivalent of 32/40 mm dia to a length 2.25 M (approximate) and connecting to the flush tank with proper brass check nut and connecting to the W.C. pan and making leak proof joints of flush and W.C. ends and including removing the existing one etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing flusing cistern and re- fixing the same in position to suitable locations atrequired height by providing & fixing with necessaryfittings and fixtures .etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing on Exposed or concealed surfaces the following dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (C-PVC) pipe of specified class of M/s. SUPREME / PRINCE or other approved equivalent consisting following items of work:- i) Supplying & fixing C-PVC pipes, including necessary all fittings conforming to IS 15778 ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials on exposed surfaces to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line, overflow and vent using M.S. nails/screws, rawl plugs, wooden gutties and branded clamps of Supreme/Prince make to the pipeline as per the site requirement. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers catalogue for leak proof joint or as per relevant code iv) Making leak proof threaded / solvent joints. including cutting the pipe, Joint preparation, cleaning, marking, application of solvent, assembling, curing etc. and the cost of jointing cement solvent materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. proof joints. vi) Providing and fixing C-PVC jointable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc vii) including removing existing GI pipe line with fittings and specials etc incuding handing over to dept stores.

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of synthetic oil bound distemper (on already prepared surface/ old similar painted surface) of Tractor brand of M/s. Asian/ Bison Acrylic Distemper of M/s. Berger/ Beauty O B D of M/s. Nerolac/ Maxilite Acrylic Distemper of M/s. ICI or other approved equivalent make of approved shade/ colour, with/ without one coat of approved cement primer including covering the furniture etc. with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding, removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.
