S & F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated or semi corrugated sheeting conforming to IS 12866-1989(color) sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washer in roof, wall etc. for the building structures complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rolled mild steel sections in Roof Trusses(framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing(Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.(Fe 410-W)(Gde E-250)quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Fe410w(Gde E-250) quality A MS plates (plain or chequred)channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) with riveted ,bolted or welded attachement complete all as specified and directed .

Running welding in repairs to metal thickness not exc 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as directed.

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ,in any length with rubber ring joints ,fixed to walls etc compleate all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, of any description complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth withiout using extra cement all as specified and directed(old surfaces)

M & L for Rendering 20mm thick in CM(1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction, on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed

M & L for applying three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new wooden surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 150mm size extruded aluminum alloy handle fabricated type anodized (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix small fittings such as window/doors stoppers brackets of any type, made out of 2nd class hard wood article n.exc. 200cu cm each complete all as specified and as directed. (50mm but hinges shall be paid separately under “supply only” rate).

Supply and fix 250 mm aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed with rolled or drawn brass bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment purpose.) Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane for Metal frame complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fix Harrison Curtain Rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium snap grid frame work (size of grid 605x605mm) for false ceiling including suspenders / hangers 6mm dia GI wire (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof sheds by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm ling and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of 6 mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestoes fibre cement designer ceiling board of size to suit grid mould (605x605 mm as specified above) and fix in grid mould with necesssary fixing arrangement as per manufacter's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick , watered and rammed to a true surface(100mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring/ Plinth protection laid in alternative bays complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Down old Gate Wheel and Supply and fixing sliding gate wheels 250mm dia with centre nut & bolts for heavy duty operation complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 and painting with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint(including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for excavation in trench, n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 40mm graded aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 50mm thick Pre cast cement concrete type B1(1:2:4), as in coping of drains using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth withiout using extra cement all as specified and directed(new surfaces)

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2, 40 mm graded aggregate as in surface Channels and Drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 300mm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Add/Deduct to item 6 for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm ditto

M & L for removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed surplus soil at a level n exc 15 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for precast RCC(1:2:4) Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain cover and set in position with cement mortar(1:4) with MS handle complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coat of distemper oil emulsion after preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall over a coat of alkali resistant primar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall, priming with alkali resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.surfaces, complete all as directed.

Material and labour for surface point wiring (surface type) with FRLS PVC insulated 1100 volts grade unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductors 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and including PVC casing-N-caping / conduit pipe medium grade of suitable size but not less than 20 mm and accessories of adequate size with fittings to be fitted on wall / iron channel of shed with suitable size of fixing material such as GI wire of suitable size and accessories as required at site including suitable size of pressed steel sunken terminal box made out of 1.2 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with 3 mm thick insulated hylum sheet cover for fixing of switches switches, sockets, regulator etc and earth continuty conductor shall be connected to common earth complete all as specified as directed.(Note :(i) Cost of cutting of wall/ fixing aterial such as GI wire of suitable size / any item, if any, required for housing of GI box/ switch board, ceiling rose, PVC casing caping/ conduit etc and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in unit rate. Supply & fix Industrial Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 450 mm sweep suitable for wall mounting and connecting material required for fixing /Hanging are included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sub-main wiring in repairs with two run of FRLS PVC insulated unshethed single core multi-stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm and one run of 2.5 sqmm copper conductor as continuity earth wire drawn in and including PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia on shed/ wall / iron channel etc, including PVC fittings such as bends Tee and boxes complete all as specified and directed (Note : (i) Two run of 2.5 sqmm cable one run of 2.5 sqmm cable alongwith PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit. (ii) Cost of cutting of wall/ fixing material such as GI wire of suitable size / any item, if any, required for housing of PVC casing conduit etc and also making good the disturbed surfaces are deemed to be included in unit rate. Suppy and fix Industrial Turbo air Ventilator of stainless steel 24 inch on sheet metal roof by cutting the existing roof sheet and all necessary accessories required for fixing the turbo air ventilator like extra cutiing piece of steel sheet/FRP sheet/Stainless steel angle fixing the same either by welding or nut ,bolt, washers for fixing the same and making all leak proof from rain water all as directed and specified by Engr in Charge

M/L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) 150mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Air termination, Single pointed aluminium rod, 12mm dia and 300mm long with suitable size of threaded metalic base which fitted on wall/Pcc block complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F Test point terminal block of gun metal or phosporus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia, 25mm long hexogonal head screw suitable for fixing on wall/shed complete all as specified and directed.
