Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Works)

Taking down/out loose & damaged concrete/cement plaster from soffits of ceilings, floor/roof slabs, vertical surfaces of columns, beams etc., including exposing and removing rust fron the reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and removal of debris to a distance n. exc. 100 m and depositing where directed.

M&L for gunniting exposed concrete surfaces of beam, column and slabs with one layer of conplast spray set modified concrete in proportion (50Kg cement 3 to 6mm granite chips 75 kg, zonal sand 75 kg and complast 2% by weight of cement water to the following locations :-

40 mm thick in columns

30 mm thick in beams

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric not exc. 4 Kg/sqm cut to length bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Bonding the entire exposed surface with one coat of fosrocNitop bond SBR as per manufacturer's instructions over wire fabric and surfaces of concrete structureall as specified and as directed.

M &L for removing the spalled concrete upto the sound core level and clean reinforcement with wire brush to remove loose scales, cleaning of the surface with wirebrush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc, remove the rust by using rust remover of approved make.Applypassivator coat using zinc primer of approved make on reinforcement Bars. Apply bond coat using "Epoxy bonding agent" on entire surface, when bond coat becomes tacky apply repair mortar (mortar to be prepared by adding 20% Dr. Fixit Pidicrete MPB or equivalent to 1:3 cement sand mortar) at a thickness upto 15mm and subsequently built up the required thickness in subsequent layers of 15mm and finishing the final layer even and smooth as per manufacturers instruction and as directed. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Naintal or similar pattern roof coveringsall as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided forall as specified and as directed.

S &F mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussesd, purlins, crane grantries, rails and framings and heavy bracket framing (Beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections) conforming to Fe 410-W including cleats,distance pieces etcall as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

Providing & fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/M2 & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make. The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 10 year warranty all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each without taking off shutters from the frames all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqmeach without taking of shutters from the frame and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium powder coated window/ventilators shutter including frame, any type sliding or openable with frame, & other similar work etc. fabricated by using the JINDAL/HINDAL CO standard section including necessary arrangements to receive 4mm thick glass or wire mesh with aluminium channel beading & stainless steel screws including the cost of rubber gasket/rubber beading etc. complete including necessary handles, roller wheels, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Weight of aluminium section shall be measured exclusive of all fittings fixtures, hinges, handle, bolts, rubber gasket/rubber beading and locking arrangements.

S&F powder coated aluminium grill of design DG-104 pattern, made out of 10mm dia rod fixed with and including stranded aluminium frame of 'F' section of size 23.4x15.3x1.4 mm thick all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming jambs etc to openings including cuttings toothings and bondings into old work including facing and pointing to match existing work complete in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

S& F solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47 mm made out of 5 mm single side prelem PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, suppling and fixing in opening all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat mouldedprelem PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and botom rail on either side & as gap insert for tip rail & bottom rails; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame weloded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement. suppling and fixing in the frame at site all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelledall as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Apply the two coats of acrylic polymer based flexible cementitious elastomeric (Dr Fixit New coat/Conipur M-800 of BASF/Brush bond of Fosroc Brand/equivalent of Sika/Cico/mc-bauchemie) membrane of about 1 to 1.5 mm dry film thickness over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction over roof slab etc and as per manufacturer specifications. Note: Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/dado etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortarall as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white/coloured cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite store including cutting, moulding and mirror polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles designer and digital 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors laid over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of floor complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 40 here in before, but as in skirting/dado but over 10 mm thick rendering over cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured & digital non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exe 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 42 here in before, but as in skirting/dado but over 10 mm thick rendering over cement mortar 1:4all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non - skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250 x7 mm/ 450 x 300 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protections, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exc 500 but n. exc 1000 ltrsall as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents,regulators,bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of unserviceable any type of Main Switch, DB's including MCBs including wooden/GI/MS sheet board etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of unserviceable any type of copper/aluminium sub main wiring of any size/core/type complete including conduits/casing caping etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors and ceilings etc to match with the original existing finish all as specified and as directed.

M & L for one point wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated un-sheathed cable with stranded copper conductor FR-LSH confirming to IS : 694 of size 1.5 Sq mm single core, including one No 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated un-sheathed copper cable FR-LSH as continuous earth wire drawn through and including PVC casing -caping including all accessories fixed on wall as required dia with all accessories for one light/ceiling fan/bell point/exhaust fan point controlled by one 5 Amps switch modular type one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of water cooler of any capacity from the existing place carefully and kept in safe custody in store at site and re-installation of the same after renovation of bldg work all as specified and as directed.
