M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint (premium quality) over a layer of smooth wall care putty finish punning 2 mm thick strictly as per manufacturer instruction with smooth roller finish complete all as specified and directed by GE. (Note:- (i) After painting works, cleaning of all floors, glass and furniture by own arrangement (ii) No works of this item shall be executed within Defects Liability Period of old contract.(iii) Original purchase voucher of the item shall be submitted by the contractor to Engineer-in-Charge before taking any payment.)
