The Tender cost is more than 50 lakhs, hence the eligibility criteria is applicable. The firm has to submit Annexure VIB along with balance sheet and profit and loss statement duly signed by the CA. Other terms and conditions will be as per GCC 2022 with latest amendments.

The tenderer shall visit the site of work and acquaint himself/themselves with the conditions of work viz. approach roads and accessibility, availability of materials, electric power, water for work and drinking purposes, site for labour camps, stores, godowns, extent of lead/lift in work, availability of skilled and unskilled labour etc. that may be encountered in the course of execution of work. In short, he/they should familiarize himself/themselves fully with the all the conditions of the work site & all the financial implications due to the above conditions is deemed to be understood and taken care of while bidding the offer.
PVC Clause is not applicable for this tender. The maintenance period is 12 months from the actual date of completion. The consignee of tender is SSE(Signal)Amla
