Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material

Picking the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm to 150mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4

Earth work excavation charges in all classes of soils such as sand silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light block cotton soil, sandy loam & ordinary soil & red earth hard stiff clays soil hard red earth, shale's, murrams, gravel stony earth and earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil except sand and hard rock requiring blasting including depositing on the bank with all leads and lifts including leveling and sectioning dressing the bed up to sill level and all other incidental charges, such as shoring, strutting, breaking forming protective bunds coffer dams ring bunds, bailing out water etc. to complete the work and subsequent removal and clearing the river bed of excavated material protective bunds and coffer dams after completion of work as per specification SS 20 B for Side Drain & surface cutting as per MoST 111, 112, 202, 301, 302, 303, 305 & 900

Excavation including removal and satisfactory disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of road way and side drains in accordance with specifications and the lines , grades and cross sections shown in the drawings or as indicated by the Engineer using the cut earth for formation of embankment as per MoSRT&H Technical Specifications Nos. 111, 112, 202, 301, 302, 303, 305 and 900..

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Tech

Providing and laying Wet Mix Macadam Base Course of 100mm thickness as specified on the prepared sub-Base with graded stone aggregate and granular materials of quality size and grading placed in layers as specified including mixing in Base mix plant,spreading in nuiform layer in motor grader and compacting with Vibrating Roller of 80 to 100kN static weight and ffine dressing for required grade and cross slope as shown on the drawing,equipment safety measures, testing and incidentals necessary to complete the work as per Technical Specification Clause 406 and as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying the Prime coat over the WMM surface using 7.00 kgs of Bitumen Emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminiours binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quanity of bituminious binder as prime coat by bituminious sprayer etc complete as per clause 503 of MOST Specification

Providing and laying of Tack coat over the WMM surface using 2.50 kgs of Bitumen Emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminiours binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quanity of bituminious binder as prime coat by bituminious sprayer etc complete as per clause 503 of MOST Specification

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam of 50 mm thickness which work shall consist of construction, in a single course, of compacted crushed aggregates premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade at the rate of 3.5 % by weight of the total mix to serve as base/binder course, in accordance with the requirement of the specification and conformity with the drawing as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10tonne power roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, power rollers and all other tools and plant required, including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5.
